Feb 05,2025There was some confusion over a previous no fault claim in 2023. After sending a full account of the claim, by post, I was still getting text messages asking for more information. It would be better if someone had rang or written to me, as I had done. But otherwise service was good.

Feb 05,2025I couldnāt believe that the premium for this year was lower than last yearās. And by some margin! I needed to up my mileage limit and wondered how that would affect the quote. Was less than Ā£1.. I havenāt had to make a claim (long may that continue) but so far Iāve been delighted by the service Iāve received. Also I havenāt been bombarded with marketing emails - just useful ones. Soā¦ thank you!
