Feb 09,2025Quote obtained easily via Go compare. Not the cheapest but also had legal cover included so compared well with other quotes. Once paid, documents came through very quickly and easy to set up an on line account with Budget. So far so good.

Feb 08,2025As with most insurance companies I buy 1 years insurance and the company auto renews which I did not ask for or want. And then I have to spend hours of my time trying to phone to sort out. Or loging on to an account that does not work correctly. As a customer I know I have to record every phone call so I can prove to the financial ombudsman who is in the wrong. Insurance is a rip off you have to argue for the payout value if you make a claim. None of them are any good to interested in there own profit and up yours customers. Sorry but true.....

Feb 08,2025Can hardly leave a review as asked by Budget. Proof of pudding is if I need to make a claim- hopefully won’t- then I can make comments. I Asked for hard copy of Insurance which they did. Very helpful person on phone when filling out form to insure car. Unlike sone Insurance brokers or companies where everything is online and you are unable to speak to someone. Refusing to do so.
