They always have your best interest when booking tickets and looking into the perfect fare to get you where you need to go in the style you’ve requested, taking away the headache of doing yourself. I will not use anyone else but them. Keep up the excellent work!

Then, when an airplane which will remain un-named, cancelled my return flight, Marta came in again and saved the day for me. It was an excellent experience!

Mar 01,2025I never got any information on the trip protection that I purchased, even after repeated queries. It cost over $1,000 and I still don't know if it was ever in effect, other than that my credit card was charged for it back in November when I first made the ticket reservation.

Mar 08,2025A friend & I tried to coordinate tickets to Europe so we could rendezvous in the US and fly over and back together. Our first attempt was done as we both sat in different cities on our computers looking at airline websites, discussing possible itineraries by phone. As we considered our options we actually watched the prices go up in inexplicable ways over the course of our conversation. In frustration we reached out to Biz Class Consolidators. Our representative, Marta, understood our needs quickly, and within a day presented us with an excellent suite of choices at competitive prices. She was fun & professional to work with - and has already taken care of one glitch created by one of the airlines involved. Highly recommend.
