Sep 18,2024I was sick and wanted to change my ticket but they have some issues with Turkish Airlines and they couldn’t change it. It was very frustrating for me. I accepted their offer and filled out form and gave my credit card information still they couldn’t do anything. I travel a lot but never faced this issue ever.

Sep 18,2024The only reason I took off a star was because the layover in LAX was unbearably long. Ten hours and having the business lounge close overnight after many hours of travel was really tough. I’ll be more careful of scheduling next time.

With this, we had to provide them at check in and my wife had to go through a different security line than me. To me, as much as no one got hurt, this is a gross oversight for someone working in this industry.

Sep 07,2024Miscommunication about the flight time. Called the emergency line to fix issue & no one answered. Got a call back 6 hours later. Every person I spoke to was so busy blaming me that they didn’t really make much attempt to help fix the issue. When they did try it was a ‘call you back later’ situation. Almost Impossible solution… in a different time zone with low cellular service (Italy) and it was hours later. Felt like a game of ‘Dodge the Customer’ to me. Not worthy of future business to me. Definitely will NOT use them again.

Sep 06,2024Overall had a great experience booking with business class consolidator for my trip. Camila was helpful and responsive over the course of booking my flights. When there were last minute changes I needed to make on departure dates & times Camila was able to accommodate my requests and provide me with several other flight options. Again very quick to respond to my emails and my trip overall went smoothly with no issues. Great deals as well for my flight options. Will book again in the future as well.

Sep 19,2024David did a good job getting me Business Class seating on flights to and from Johannesburg. This did take a longer route (40 hours), utilizing three different airlines but the cost was good. Virgin Atlantic and Delta were both great. Air France was good but not as friendly as the other two. All of the lounges were nice and helped a lot on the layovers. Next time I will be looking for David to try to find me a more direct route with a shorter time frame.
