Aug 30,2024Good and quick to respond. Could provide more recommendations on alternatives or information on the real conditions of "business class" of the different airlines. For example, Delta Business has nothing to do with Lufthansa business.

Aug 30,2024Victoria Petrovska is an excellent travel agent. She is prompt, responsive, straight forward, and definitely centers the customer's needs. She assuaged my many concerns about booking with a business class consolidator (although I did so several years ago with much success, a different company, now defunct). I got tripped up by all the negative things written online about these enterprises. With Victoria's help, I purchased a round trip business class Chicago - Zurich ticket on Swiss at a considerable savings. Both flights were extremely comfortable (to my surprise, I was upgraded to to the throne seat on the return flight), the service was outstanding, and the food was quite good. I had access to the Swiss lounges at O'Hare and Zurich. Working with Victoria and Business Class Consolidators was an absolute joy. I will definitely do so again.

Aug 30,2024Best decision I’ve made regarding travel. I paid the same as I would for economy but had the pleasure of first class. They handled all my questions. And when my flights were cancelled because of the impact of the current escalation in war , they immediately addressed the issue and rebooked me. Totally recommend.

Aug 24,2024It was a complicated itinerary with multiple stops, not a simple round-trip. Most of the stops were overseas so the flights were not likely to be all on one airline. I provided timelines, locations, and a few other details. The agent quickly came back with several options AND at a much better price than I had found, saving me about 40%. I will use them again and I can't suggest them strongly enough. I have been telling friends about them ever since.
