Sep 26,2024Flew RT on ITA from West Coast (LAX) to Palermo, Sicily via Rome, Italy. The flights both way were very very good as was the service, food and beverage, amenities and sublime comfort of the personal "PODS". Great Movie and Music entertainment selection , lots of storage space, a 180 degree reclining flat bed for sleeping and privacy. I will use BC Consolidator, my first experience, for my travel needs in the future. I was a bit nervous however the customer service I received was Excellent!

Sep 20,2024Alex booked us on Qatar Airways round-trip from JFK to Nairobi through Doha. The experience was superb in every way with one exception. The in-flight service was exceptional, with friendly, professional and attentive service. The food was excellent. The terminal in Nairobi was better than others we have used there. The only exception to these positives was the insanely invasive, repetitive and annoying security procedures we encountered in Doha on the return trip when we changed planes. Several of our party had their bags completely emptied for no stated reasons. It took 45 minutes. My boarding pass was checked so many times - twice by people within 6 feet of each other at one point - that it was crumpled and torn by the time I boarded. People who travel through Doha on the way back to the US would be well advised to check their bags, minimize what they carry on and to make sure they have 2 hours between flights. The security personnel are not nice, and they blame the situation on US regulations.

Sep 19,2024I used a round trip to Seattle from Seoul, and I was generally satisfied with the service of your staff, Mr. Oleh Vus. In particular, Oleh Vus is highly praised for its ability to find good tickets and for doing its best to respond to my demands. One regrettable thing about this trip is that airline ANA's unilateral flight schedule has caused the inconvenience of staying in Tokyo for one night.
