Feb 09,2024These were the first trips I've traveled business class on. There were muliple flights, many of them on Turkish Air through Istanbul. The Istanbul business class lounge is terrific. The trip form Frankfurt to Dehli on Air India was delayed four hours which got me into Hyderad quite late at night which created problems. All the other elements of the trip worked well except for the Oman air flight from Hyderabad to Yeman, which was on an old plane with uncomfortable seats. The trips occured on Dec 18, 2023, Dec 25, 2023 and Jan 13, 2024.

When our flights changed, she notified us. When we had questions, she answered them. We are beyond impressed w her attention to our upcoming trip. Jan 31,2024I approached booking with some trepidation, having never dealt with the company before. Sophie and Sasha were excellent inputting together and itinerary for our trip from Pennsylvania to Australia. Furthermore, they were subsequently able to book flights for our friends, so that we could travel together on the outbound leg. They saved us 1000s over booking directly with the airlines. All of the flights went off without a hitch. The only thing that could be improved was to go through customs at our destination airport. LAX was a zoo, and it took forever to get through passport/customers and change terminals to the next flight. This does not reflect on BCC, but merely the inefficiencies at LAX, we will undoubtedly use this company again on our next business flight . They were even able to set up car service to transport us to and from the airport.

Jan 31,2024I was going to travel on business directly from San Francisco to Mumbai and your representative said first class was just a little bit more, but it would be via Delhi. Let me tell you this was the worst first class I have ever traveled in, I have travel premium economy, with some airlines that have been better than this first , the specific planes from San Francisco to Delhi are notorious for being very very old, dirty only four movies in English, the crew was very apologetic and said they get complaints every single day. How dare somebody from your organization who should know what’s going on allow actually convince me to book this? Pathetic!’

Jan 31,2024I was doubled charged on one incident, it took three months of back and forth to have my account credited. The last incident was last month when I was booked a horrible ticket , instead of one ticket all the way from Cambodia , they booked me a ticket were I have to claim my luggage in Vietnam, go through immigration and even get a visa , it cost me an additional 300 dollars to fix it

Jan 31,20241- I was looking for a business class ticket for me and my brother from San Francisco to Tehran and each one of us paid for our ticket individually but guess what my capital one account was charged $7759.80. I did use a different credit card (Chase) to purchase. I am dealing with a nightmare. 2- Above all due to my condition I found out there is a business class from Tehran to Germany. I asked the attendant what the cost to upgrade he told me $250 for each. I submitted my credit card and he just took a picture from the screen as a receipt. Now I have to. come up with a paper receipt for Chase. Have to go after Lufthansa. 4- Date of interaction Dec 6 through January 23
