Feb 23,2024We did not know anything about any word airports. Our agents booked tickets for about a 3.5-hour layover in Dubai. At Dubai airports, we had to collect our checked-in bags from Terminal 3 and had to catch the flight at Terminal 1 with four bags which are in a separate building. Your booking agent must know this and should not book business class tickets like this.
