Dec 24,2020I have worked with Lisa Ray and had her book several trips for us over the last couple of years. She has done an excellent job and has usually managed to get us business class fares that were considerably less than the published fares. The few times where I was able to tell her that I found fares less than what she found for us, she was gracious about it and seemed interested in finding new sources. I'll work with her again anytime.

I find that the BCC is particularly helpful for our longer European trips and just providers far more information and service than if we did this on our own. I cannot recommend Lisa enough and will recommend her to all of my colleagues and friends.

Dec 02,2020I had used their service 4 times before and I was very satisfied. This year we bought tickets to Germany for Christmas. Restrictions came due to the pandemic. I contacted customer service, they helped me immediately and we postponed our germany holiday for a while. We are excited to continue our vacation after the pandemic is over. P.S. Many thanks to the customer representative Emily, she was very helpful.

Aug 07,2020My wife and I booked RT tickets to Rome for Aug10, 2020. American Airlines cancelled the flights due to COVID-19 and BCC would only offer about a 60% refund claiming there were taxes and fees that were nonrefundable. I went back and forth a few times with BCC explaining things like taxes are always refundable and got nowhere. So, I called my credit card company and filed a dispute for the full charge. After a few days Bank of America decided in my favor and refunded the full amount. If you are having a similar situation where the airline cancelled your flight and offered a 100% refund perhaps trying a dispute of the charge with your credit card company might be successful.

Aug 05,2020What a scam. Booked a round trip for my wife and I to Ireland $5716. Booked on Jan 14, 2020. Flight was for August 2020. Flight was cancelled due to the virus. The company will not answer the phone or return calls. Credit card company (chase) will not credit my account because it is passed 90 days from initial reservations. $5716 for nothing. Absolute fraud and theft.

Feb 01,2021My family had a great experience booking our international flight to Japan with Business Class Consolidator last December. Booking agent Mary Brown was extremely responsive to our needs and found tickets that worked well for our family. This helped us feel reassured since we were traveling with COVID-19 travel restrictions. She throughly answered all of our questions and also made sure to check in with us before and after our flight to offer her assistance in case we needed it. We ended up booking premium economy tickets since business class wasn’t going to work since we were flying with our toddler. She found us a great deal and made sure to show us pictures of the cabin and also included children’s menu options. This really made things easy for us. We will definitely be working with them again in the future.
