Great customer service and extremely helpful to those who have never done finance, purchases before. I felt very anxious before hand but after a few phone calls it was like flying colours, amazing service.

Jul 12,2021Advertising 5-10 working days for a sale and delivery of a car, but being told that they are waiting on a response from the dealer, makes the whole process a lot longer than this. If your wanting a car quickly, go direct to the dealer.

Jul 09,2021Recently bought a Ford Ka (ZETEC) via BAC. My primary contact for the sale was Didi. Throughout the entire sale Didi and the sales team were very helpful knowledgeable and efficient in answering all my queries; which made the process seamless. The accounts team were fantastic in dealing with the finance side of things with the extenuating circumstances on documentation. The credit lender they provided called twice during the transaction just to ensure the information passed on was correct and hadn't been misrepresented and they left the calls happy that all the information was passed on correctly. All in all I have enjoyed the process of buying. The car through BAC and would recommend going forward.

Jul 09,2021At first, I was apprehensive about buying a car without seeing it in person or going for a test drive. Some family and friends have used Buyacar before and sang it's praises so I went for it. In the end I couldn't be more pleased with the Buyacar process and my new car. There were no nasty surprises or miscommunications during the whole process and both buyacar and the dealership were very good at getting back to me and answering all my questions. When there was a missing part during the inspection (a locking wheel nut) I was told immediately and the dealership / buyacar worked with Vauxhall to post me the missing part within a week. Great service. Great communication. Great car. Thanks again.

Jul 09,2021Such a great company, very helpful and found me my first car with no ease. There was a slight hiccup with a car I put a deposit on whereby the garage sold it without BAC knowing, but BAC found me an exact match with better mileage and knocked off the price difference!

There's a lot of admin but the advisers were clear and helpful and stayed in contact. The car was delivered on time, in excellent condition and exactly as described. I will definitely use this company again when I need to replace this car.
