May 21,2021I bought a car from this guys and I had an engine light coming on after the first day of the car being delivered. I thought to myself, here we go... just my luck. However this guys really surprised me in a positive way, the car ended up having to go to Mercedes to have the NOX sensor replaced, however apparently there is a shortage of these all over Europe since the factory burn down and it will probably take a couple of weeks before they can get the part in so Mercedes quoted me for a hire car as well, they paid for the bill on the same day £1400 without any hassle. I particularly want to thank Garion from customer service for being an excellent professional and helpful every step of the way. I would most definitely recommend using this company!

May 18,2021Emailed this company today to find out how returning a car could work and the costs as the website mentioned there would be a cost but didn't say how much. It turns out you lose the £199+VAT delivery fee you paid if you return the car AND you have to pay a £199+VAT fee to return the car. Absolute rip off and not clear AT ALL on their site!

May 17,2021Was sceptical at first buying a car online which i hadn't seen, however found the car I wanted, paid the deposit and the process began. Anil dealt with initial enquiry and was excellent from start to finish. From paying the deposit to receiving the car took 11 days in total which is far quicker than what a dealership could arrange. The car was immaculate and exactly what was expected. Will certainly use again and recommend to others. I think the only negative for the whole process, which has nothing to do with BuyACar was the delivery, we paid extra for Saturday delivery, waited in all day for it to arrive at 19:15pm which was dissapointing, but again, no fault of BuyACar.

May 14,2021BuyaCar made the experience of buying a new car (and selling my old car as parts exchange) feel like a walk in the park. Literally the system is set to make the customer's experience stress-free. The team provided a timely and organized response through every step of the process, and I was always kept well informed about everything, both by email and phone, even though the whole process usually takes 2 weeks (from order until the car is delivered at your door) the BuyaCar team keeps track of all the details. My car was delivered in excellent conditions as advertised in the page.

May 12,2021This has been the second time I've purchased a Car through Buyacar and the 2nd time was a bit up and down. I reserved the perfect car that I wanted & paid the £199 only to have it taken through another dealer I must say I was fuming, but I stuck with them. I think one of the things Buyacar lacks is Quality Control its a bit obvious they are not examining the pictures of the cars on their own website which I noticed numerous defects externally and internally on vehicles. For me when a car is purchased and a hefty deposit paid Buyacar should ask for photos of the condition of the car internally and externally, it obvious when the car I recently purchased was delivered none of this was done the car wasn't even valeted and there was damage to the Driver seating. Buyacar's Customer Service did come through and rectified the issues so I have to give credit were it is due but Buyacar need to improve on Quality Control.

May 10,2021This is my second time using Buy A Car, I would say that the whole experience was great. I was going to part ex my old car I had leased from them, but unfortunately the third party company which Buy A Car deals with were lowballing me and tried to offer me £900 less than my final settlement payment with my credit lender, regardless of the fact I did 20,000 miles below my agreed mileage limit over the 3 year lease. As a result I was forced to hand the car back and just take out a new loan, which is fine. It's not the fault of Buy-a-Car so I haven't let it affect this review, their team are very courteous and friendly and are very responsive to all calls and emails. I will absolutely use them again!
