Jul 08,2021NEGATIVE 10 STARS Absolutely Diabolical DO NOT USE THIS COMANY. First they require scans of I'd they don't accept images, hold on a scan is a picture!!! Its saved as a jpeg file, then they want pictures and not scans ....now I'm confused as they wanted scans before, then the finance company they use Mann Island send a link to verify I'd and sign agreement they want scans and 2 videos of me moving and talking ....again hold on thats what scam companies ask for and use for ID theft ..did as requested it failed. Contacted Mann island on the both provided numbers no answer contacted buy a car who told me it was an IT issue sent out another link it didn't work told me there was an issue and to contact dealer did that 24 hours later get a new link now they want me to download agreement print it sign all 3 sheets scan them and send them back. IM NOT A CIRCUS DOG. I don't jump through hoops for you I did everything you requested and you still can't get it right I have now asked for a cancellation and return of the £199 deposit failuer to do so will result in legal action, I have never known of such an incompetent company that continues to blame the IT dept or software issues without taking responsibility for the mess up themselves if I could give a negative star rating I would

Jul 07,2021Bought our Mercedes car 2 months ago. Service was excellent and we were kept up-to date all the way. Quick delivery and they noticed a scratch on the alloy and called me to advise and they got the garage to cover the cost of replacing it. Couldn’t be happier! Thank you 😊

Jun 30,2021So I was buying a higher end car… after seeing my interest in the car, they were all over me. As soon as I had a hiccup regarding the finance (only let me borrow a specific amount) they went missing.. they stopped reading my emails. Refused to phone back. Terrible customer service, constantly on hold for a fair while too. Annoying for them as I was testing the water before paying cash outright. Would avoid at all costs. Spend your money elsewhere people. 100% avoid. Joe

Jun 23,2021Alright, well months later I am still waiting for the amazon voucher which I had been promised for writing the review below. Feels like I have been conned so they can have nice reviews. I would not have reviewed otherwise and to fair was lied to when I queried the lack of voucher. I'll let the review below stand, because it's factual, unlike promises of amazon vouchers. The purchase process was straightforward enough. There were no major issues. I would recommend contacting BuyaCar directly if you need to arrange a specific delivery day, they were happy to accommodate my request in this case. Only issue was that the driver was given the wrong phone number, so I got no advance warning of the car arriving.

From my first inquiry, everything that I asked was answered clearly, they found the exact car that I was looking for with the extras I wanted and this was all done swiftly. If you’re in the market for a new car I strongly recommend using this company, you won’t be disappointed.

Buya car arranged the finance, collection and delivery of the vehicle to my mum. All in all a very smooth process. Aftercare great to, highly recommend.

Jun 20,2021To be honest I was a little worried purchasing a car that I have never seen before but I can happily say that I had a great experience with BuyaCar. Their customer service answered any concerns I had about the car and the whole purchasing process, they were super attentive through out my application, called me whenever they required something and also followed up by email. It took around 2 weeks to get my car and we couldn't be happier. Don't be put off by the bad comments, people are more likely to leave a review after a negative experience than a positive one.

Jun 18,2021My partner got a car from BAC, no problem. Until the V5 came through and it was in fact for the wrong car. After getting in touch with BAC we sent the v5 back to be sorted. Thought that would be the end of it. Then a fine came through for that car that we ‘owned’ but never had. Buyacar were informed and they said they would sort it. We trusted their word. 3 months later we have had Bailiffs at the door for a debt that was never ours and due to a mistake by BAC!!! Spent hours upon hours calling DVLA the council in Reading where the fine was made (we don’t live anywhere near) and debt collectors. All of which need BAC to sort because the error was made by them. Buyanycar, have been contacted throughout, have been zero help. Have ignored a phone call a day, with a manager always saying they’ll call back. They do not. It’s disgusting that my 4 year old twins went to school traumatised because they thought the big scary man was going to take their stuff away. Spoken to the collections agency who refuse to stop increasing the debt. Even after explaining we are trying to sort the mistake. This error has had huge ramifications and the lack of responsibility BuyaCar have taken is appalling.

Jun 15,2021Used BuyACar to purchase a Mercedes on PCP and the experience was top notch. Firstly I'd shopped around a bit before finding BuyACar and no other provider could match the low interest rates I was getting from them. Communication was good and even when the first vehicle I found was sold before we could finalise, Samson was very helpful and patient with me when trying to find an alternative. After finding the car it took less than two weeks before delivery and the driver on the day communicated well and delivered the car in pristine condition!

Jun 10,2021Terrible, stressful experience. This company are Shocking at communication. Our PX car was picked up at 1pm today. As yet (7pm) we still don’t have our new car!!! Supposedly they deliver between 9-6pm (which is a ridiculous timescale in any case) but nothing received as yet. We were told at 6pm (when WE called buyacar… no communication from them) that the driver that was collecting the car had found a chip on the back of the car!!! Had to speak to 2 different people to get to the bottom of why we hadn’t been told sooner about this. Why had the dealer not told buyacar about the chip in the 2 weeks since we agreed the purchase!!? Convenient we found out AFTER our car had been taken away for part exchange!! We have agreed to take the car only on the condition that they arrange and pay for the chip to be repaired. What was pitched as a stress free, reliable, straight forward way to buy a car has been an utter disaster and I wish we’d never done it.

Jun 09,2021Dreadful experience buying a car through Buyacar. The process was really onerus long and drawn out and not explained at all. There were more steps none of which were explained at any point than applying for a mortgage. For an online business this company does not operate like an online business at all. In fact to this day they have still not replied to a single email I have sent them. I would not recommend this company at all and can't believe any of these 5 star reviews. The car was delivered on Monday finally! and minutes after the driver left I noticed a crack in the windscreen. Awful experience. and I"m still waiting for them to reply to my emails

May 31,2021For the most part, everything went smoothly and I would recommend that people not be put off from buying a car online from a website like this. I would have given 5 stars however, I felt like there was a lack of updates on the process so it would have been nice to know everything was good to go. Moreover, the person dropping off the car also was in a massive rush which didn't give me a chance to check the car, later I found a crack on the windscreen. Buyacar is aware of this but nothing seems to have been done about this.

May 27,2021Terrible service so far. Put £200 down to 'reserve' a car found out later on that it had already been sold. Even after signing an order form and sending the money over. OK no massive issue so far. They ask me to choose a new car and go through the process again, after signing another order form and being told the car is mine over the phone they email 4 days later to say that one has sold again! Why take my money to reserve and make me sign 2 order forms just to say the car I was reserving has been sold. NOT GOOD ENOUGH.
