Jul 17,2024I bought a philips shaver on 13 July and I was waiting for confirmation email ,in the mean time I was checking my account on the BuysBest Web site and surprisingly it was on awaiting to proceed. When after 4days I contacted the customer service, I was told "Sorry!!!!!(English joke phrase) we were not able to provide the item and will refund you the money now . This is really funny that this company is not able to make sustainability on their orders .keeping others money for a long time in their account to increase their credit!!!!

They later confirmed the unit was deemed faulty and within a few days a replacement unit was delivered. Excellent service for an inexpensive unit. Thank you!
