Received an unassembled workbench in new condition with merely the packaging being a bit ripped. Extremely pleased with the purchase which was quickly delivered and bought at a price well below other suppliers. Would use BuysBest again

Really reliable company not used them before but bought my George Foreman grill at the best price with free delivery.The team kept it touch by e mail and the grill was delivered quickly and safely. Five stars for customer service . Will use the company again for other products

Delivery was not satisfactory and the company were extremely unhelpful. Do not use this company as the after sales customer service is REALLY bad. My order was badly damaged and had to be binned and only 10% refund was given, I have lost a lot of money. Further action will be taken. It appears that customer satisfaction is not important

Sent item back in warranty period. They refused to fix it. Sent it back to me broken and are refusing to give me a refund. Awful company.

Thieves. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. We purchased a oil radiator in January, when received it didn't work. Upon contacting them, we were asked to send the item back to them (via Evri). Now 21st March 2024, heard absolutely nothing. Please do not purchased from these thieves, disgusting behavior. 😡🤬🤬🤬

Up date on: Damaged goods review posted 28th February. I am happy to up date my review for Buysbest who have contacted me about damaged shopping trolley I purchased. They have now provided me contact details of their supplier to help resolve my issue as they themselves no longer have stock of the shopping trolley. The delivery service they are using (EVRI) is weird - they were supposedly unable to delivery to my home delivery address which is a flat in a big city because they were 'unable to reach' it or something like that. I had to give my work address and EVRI tried to deliver the package unsuccessfully on a Saturday (lol). At the end they did leave the package outside my office door a week later or so. Just weird stuff in terms of the delivery - otherwise all good. The box of the iterm looks a bit worn, not sure if it was a returned item or the delivery service caused that. It was also partially open but inside it looked OK. I don't think I will be ordering from them again I am afraid.
