Ordered 7 boxes of coffee/hot chocolate, items are really good price and value. Ordered on Saturday and the items were delivered on the Wednesday, so really speedy delivery. Items came well packaged, would highly recommend.

Ordered 5 different items, the first two were shipped not long after order. I didn’t realise that my order would come in separate shipping so i sent them an email to find out if they were coming separate or if I wasn’t getting the items but never heard anything from them. The third item was shipped out a couple of weeks later, didn’t hear anything from them, I wouldn’t mind if they contacted me to say there would be delays but I haven’t heard anything. I’ve sent them an email using the email address that is at the bottom which they say to use if you have any problems and filled out an online form on their website for them to contact me back but after three emails and a contact form on their website I still haven’t heard anything from them. I received a fourth shipment today and I’m still waiting for my final order over two months after ordering. The website is great for price but ridiculous for shipping and absolutely no customer service

I was a bit dubious after reading the reviews but I placed an order a few days ago and straight away got an email confirming it and also letting me know that one item was out of stock which would be sent when the stock arrives. All my other items arrived today and are all in over a years date. So I am really pleased with this company and would definitely re order. Tha you so much Caffeluxe

I just can say that I had a very good experience so far with Caffeluxe. Ordered coffee twice so far and delivered as showd on the website. We did emailed the about a coffee machine problem and they dealt really well with..Sent us a new coffee machine plus complimentary coffee glasses and coffee to try..So far for me 10 out of 10...the complimentary coffee convinced us to buy more coffee, really good.

This is just about the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered the Friends Duo Coffee Machine bundle. The machine took an age to arrive (as they did advise to be fair) but the rest of the bundle kept turning up in dribs and drabs. When after a period of months the.machune finally arrived I was 4 coffee cups missing, that was the start of December and despite constant emailing (they have no phone number) I have had no reply. Now in mid January the coffee machine has stopped working! I have no idea if anyone will return my emails but the start of another frustrating period of communication is about to begin. Anyone even thinking of dealing with this shoddy outfit don't, think again or take your money and flush it down the toilet as that is what you are doing in any case.

I have ordered a few times in the past with no issues. But I ordered in December and 3 boxes of coffee were missing with no explanation. I view the order online its says complete which it isnt and they werent on the courier delivery note. I have never known a company not contact you when they havent fulfilled all the order. I used the contact button on the website and i have emailed them 3 times over the last 2 weeks and not one response. No phone number, no chat, no response to emails. So disappointing, you can't run a company with zero customer service. It's a shame as some of the products are good.

Ive ordered a few times with no issues but my last 2 orders 1 didnt arrive and the other had items missing there is no phone number to contact them and no responce to emails

Awful experience! I ordered hot chocolates from here, to find out it was yodel delivering (great!) Waited in all day, to then receive a notification saying it had been delivered!! They didn’t press the buzzer, leave a card or knock and apparently they left it outside the door! I was outside the flat straight after and there was nothing delivered! Since then I have been in touch with yodel and caffeluxe to receive no response. Luckily I paid through PayPal so would suspect I should eventually get my money back!! Hassle, do not order from here

I ordered 3 boxes of pods a week later i recieve an email saying 1 box has been shipped. There was no mention of the rest of the order or when I would recieve them. Have sent multiple emails to customer service over the last week and had no reply. Stay away from this company, absolute scam i have opened a dispute with PayPal currently awaiting my money back

I ordered 3 boxes of pods which took 2 weeks to arrive and they were packaged in just a plastic bag and they were completely crushed and one of the boxes was open, not to mention one box was missing. Luckily I paid by PayPal because they can’t be bothered to respond to any messages you send them. Customer service is non existent. Avoid at all costs.

Very bad customer service. They send the machine after a month which was paid but never sent the extras. Not replying to any emails. Nespresso head is not working anymore and I can't even get ahold of them for a replacement. Just awful, scammers

Ordered a lot recently and told that there are cookies on every 10 spent. Spent more than a 100 in total but cookies never came. Altho the ones i bought are there but be careful with the promotion freebies dont expect it will ever came. 2 weeks have passed and there's nothing. Tried to email them bout it but no response, very poor customer service.

Purchased a friends bundle coffee machine for £75,item has still not arrived,have contacted sage pay and the Police to try get me a refund ..no comms, no item ..don’t let these con men into your life .. avoid

Haven't recieved everything I ordered sent numerous emails and only recieved 1 back with wrong information, will escalate to trading standards if not resolved in a week.

Ordered 247 £ worth of goods. it has been two weeks. Items were never delivered. I contacted them a few times and they never replied to my emails, They don't have customer support whatsoever, no phone, no chat no email nothing. I disputed the transaction at the bank and waiting for them to resolve the issue>

Products are not supplied as advertised. There is no response either to email or to the contact form on the website and the Nottingham number listed for a supposed Hertfordshire address just rings out with no answer. Avoid!

With C 19 lockdown you expect some issues, but Caffeluxe seem unaffected if you go by the regular sales emails. However when you order that is the issue. Placed an order at the end of March heard nothing since after the initial emails. Any emails you send bounce back and I eventually had to start a PayPal dispute. And although the coffee quality has been good, one previous order has capsules that explode on the machine. Once I get my money back I will not be buying or recommending again.

Made my first order with Caffe Luxe Direct in September after trialing them on Amazon. They welcomed me as a new customer and offered ten pounds off my next order (with no closing date for the offer) Re ordered five weeks later and the voucher is not known. Emailed through the site direct and got no answer. Emailed them on their advertised link and no response. Rang them and their call centre made excuses about the website being down (It still took my money for a new order though) and that I should re email attaching the offer email, which I did and it bounced back as a faulty email account. Rang again and told to use another email but for a tenner it's not worth the hassle. The hot chocolate drink is good and accounts for all three stars but was very disappointed with the company, their communication and a call centre who cannot do anything to help because in reality they aren't anything to do with Caffe Luxe. Will try elsewhere in the future.
