Jan 17,2019Ordered on the 23rd November 2018 and still waiting for order. Caffeluxe said it was delivered by Hermes. I contacted Hermes who informed me they cannot trace the parcel on their network. So who is telling untruths? Caffeluxe do not answer emails sent to them and the only phone number they have on their website is for South Africa....? I have ordered twice before with no problems. Seems to me once you are on their books they treat you as rubbish. I have looked at their Facebook page and they are treating South Africans customers in the same disgusting way. They have an Office in Cambridgeshire but you cannot contact them. There is an address for Milton Keynes which is a Mailing Company. There is something very strange going on. This has to be a scam and I will be contacting Trading Standards.

Dec 22,201825 January update - the rest of my 1st December eventually arrived...so I'll add a star for fulfilling the order. Exactly the same issues as others. Good initial orders, and then Black Friday. Order eventually arrived on 13th Dec after 3 weeks. Didn't repy to any emails, didn't reply to paypal dispute. Other order placed on 1st Dec using voucher for Black Friday delays, 1 of the 4 boxes ordered arrived 3 weeks later (22nd). Will not use again. Their coffee is £2 per box of 10 in Poundland - better off going there...

Dec 13,2018Have used them before and good service but ordered items from black Friday sale then received email saying delay in delivery's please accept voucher should be delivered in a week. It is now 3 weeks since placed order they took my money straight away won't answer emails sent 4 up to now no UK telephone number to call only South Africa although they have UK business address. I won't call as have been caught once before. Now wondering if this is scam from cafeluxe now why don't they answer emails. Am very annoyed as am pensioner and can't afford to lose money for nothing £29 has gone from bank and nothing to show from it. Well strangely enough just had email saying items have been dispatched so will see if they arrive maybe it was a case of too many people ordering

Dec 12,2018Was happy with first couple of orders arrived within few days then ordered with the black Friday deals but have still not received anything nearly 3 weeks later, they will not reply to my emails will not use again lost £45

Dec 12,2018I made 2 or 3 orders which were all shipped very quickly, I was really pleased with them and the quality of the products were fantastic. I then placed an order over black Friday with a bogof offer and four days after purchasing got an email that due to the hugely popular sale they had run out of stock and there would be a delay of up to 7 days in sending the goods. I patiently waited thinking one week is okay but the week passed and actually at this point 14 days have now passed, over the last week I sent a polite email asking for an update but by email no.3 the politeness has ceased due to no contact from the seller. The website also has two phone numbers to contact them but when you ring they disconnect after a couple of rings. PayPal claim opened as thankfully this was my payment method....I'm very disappointed cos I thought I had found something I would order from for many years now I shall never buy from them again

Nov 22,2018Ordered 3 times and always arrives quickly. Have ordered the Hot Chocolate which is absolutely fantastic ... ( dare I say better that the original brand !!) and will be ordering more soon. Have also ordered the Americano Coffee which again is excellent. .... But I have an issue .... the coffee capsules are all unbranded and are just covered in green plastic ... so no description and no Bar markings for volume etc ..... makes no difference to taste and quality but looks cheap in my Dolce Gusto pod stand. Please, please , please ....... take away the plain look and make them look as good as the Signature Hot Chocolate. I am looking fowards to trying other coffees in your shop very soon

Oct 26,2018ABSOLUTE SCAM - used these twice before and found the cafe au lait ok and comparable to Dolce Gusto own. Got email offering 50% off their "signature" range reducing the Cafe Au Lait down to £2.49 as I had been paying £1.99 for others so ordered 10 boxes and 1 of the "signature" Chocolate and I received the same pods, same boxes as my previous purchases, customer services say this is the signature range and less than helpful now will not reply

Oct 17,2018We got gifted a Dolce Gusto machine but very quickly realized brand name coffee is expensive. Saw Caffeluxe was doing a sale and decided to give it a go - the coffee is meh, tastes like instant coffee; the hot chocolate was pretty good though! So decided to give it a second chance and ordered some more hot chocolate. It just never arrived and when I contacted customer service I just received a one liner email and a refund, with no option to get the products instead. Couldn't be bothered to order again after the long wait. P.S. Found their coffee at Poundland the day after!

I have ordered a couple of times and have recommended them to family members and friends that have the same machine. Came across them on Amazon, but prefer to buy direct, very fast service. Will be ordering again soon.

Oct 12,2018Excellent products..... I love their coffee pods.. have that slightly more edgy continental taste...… I like two pods for my mug but find the same with Dolce Gusto pods. The hot chocolate is a luscious 'grown up' treat too...but dilute with milk for little ones. Exceptional value and service

Mar 31,2019I have ordered from here a few times. I ordered the own brand coffees and hot chocolates. and also some branded ones. I also ordered the pod stars vanilla and chocolate ones. my son loves the pod stars vanilla mixed with the black coffee and also the podstars chocolate hot. There are very good even their own brand ones. always fast to deliver. will continue to shop with them as and when i need a restock as i always buy in bulk to last a little while.
