Just made my first Espresso with My Vibiemme Domobar coffee machine. Thanks Marco for the amazing advice this unit is way better than my expectations! The complementary coffee was really appreciated! My wife is planning a party tomorrow with all her friends ! You made a family happy! thank you to all the staff of Caffè Italia for your professional service and support!

I’ve honestly never had such a poor customer experience as when I purchased a machine from these guys recently. Machine arrived dead on arrival and I have spent weeks attempting to communicate with their post sales function to organise a refund. They ship items directly from the manufacturer and in my opinion are giving a very bad impression of Bezzera. Avoid at all costs! I’ve now had to get my bank involved which is really unfortunate. Edit: in response to your reply. If you think that the way you dealt with my issue is in any way acceptable, unfortunately I think you’re mistaken, the quality and timeliness of your comms was just shocking. I phoned your office and asked to speak to someone about this no less than 10 times and no one, at any point phoned me to discuss my concerns. It’s also very very telling that you became more attentive after I raised a review on Trustpilot and contacted my bank although asking me in no uncertain terms to take my review down, surprisingly doesn’t in-dear me to your plight..

I ordered a new set of body spares because the ones that came with the machine had been sent to paint but were lost by the courier (drip tray, water tank, side panels and a few other parts that were defective and never properly worked!) Two months later they were no where to be seen and the courier located and sent back the box of parts that was lost. I tried to cancel the order but they refused, lying about the fact that the parts had already been shipped. I finally got the parts two weeks after such claim. I now have the box of parts unopened and have no use for them. This set me back 500 euros. They refuse to take them back saying its a custom order. It's clearly more of an admin headache. Take them back Caffe' Italia, this is immoral, especially in times of covid!

I purchased a premium bean to cup machine Gaggia Babila. The order took over 2 weeks to arrive. 3 weeks after received the product it developed a fault with steam delivery. Being over 14 days since product arrival is is not due for replacement but repair. Again, I was fine with that. However, when contacted after sales team to arrange repair i was advised in 'one line' email where to send the product. After some email tennis again with 'one line' responses I found that I have to cover the cost of shipping and packaging for repair. Collection is not offered and no local servicing centres. I would suggest to use some authorised dealers in case you have to repair your products. The company is interested in grabbing your money and don't care about you once the payment is received. Customer service is absolute rock bottom. To summarise, go somewhere else if aftersales service is concern. Edit 14/4/21 Something is on the matter, reading your response. Please do not distort the conversation. The issue is your service and customer care, from legal point of view your T&C's does not void my statutory rights as a customer in the UK. The product is covered by warranty and if found faulty it should be repaired at no additional cost to me. If you he product is fully functional as you suggested, I am in agreement to cover all postage and packaging cost. I va contacted Gaggia UK distributor and explained the problem, response was quick and I was promised to get it resolved as a matter of urgency. I think this sums up exactly how much you care about your valued customers... I will make sure this conversation is posted across all available media to make sure others are well informed about the service you provide. PS Matteo is still to respond to my email with detailed description of the fault. Let's see if you're going to reply quicker on Trustpilot.

My Rancilio coffee machine and grinder arrived a few days ago and I’ve been enjoying terrific espresso ever since. Cafe Italia were easy to deal with and kept me updated as the package was moved via FedEx. I also liked the bundle option and 2% discount for bank transfer payment. A great experience.

Geachte heer de Stefani, Ik wil u graag even op de hoogte stellen dat ik gisteren de Bezzera Mitica Top PID en vandaag de Mazzer Mini A heb ontvangen, beiden in perfecte staat. Ik heb helaas nog geen mogelijkheid gehad om mijn eerste espresso te maken maar dat komt spoedig. 😊 Daarbij wil ik u hartelijk bedanken voor de duidelijke en snelle communicatie en zeker ook voor de snelle levering van de bestelling. Thank you very much for your great service. When I ordered the gelato machine (which by the way is amazing), I was very worried about having a slow delivery and extra costs due to recent frictions at UK customs. I could not be more wrong - the delivery was very fast and punctual, and allowed me to make delicious gelato in time for Easter. A nice bonus is that you gave me the best price I could find on the internet, I think I saved almost €100!

I have made the order on the 25th March and I still have not got a tracking number... All email comms confirmed the item was shipped but I still have not received the item nor the tracking number to see where the item is. Tried to ring and left a message as lines were busy. Update: 12th April - received the machine in perfect condition (boxes were sealed and properly packaged with extra padding as well as being secured on a small pallet as there was both the coffee machine and the grinder in the same box)

Originally settled on the Sage Bambino but after discussion I was persuaded by these guys to go for a Gaggia Classic Pro. Turns out they were right. Great service, great advice and the free coffee they give you after a purchase is even excellent quality. Recommended..

I had a superb service from Caffe Italia.recently got a ceado e37SD..I was kept updated as the color I wanted was out of stock and I was glad of the wait as it actually came with ceados new opal glide burrs!I appreciated the bag of nice coffee too for having to wait!!was a nice touch..was dealing with Marco and Barbara..both were top class..thanks again.

Caffè Italia were fantastic in shipping my La Pavoni europiccola super fast and kept me up to date on its progress. I would 100% recommend and no doubt i'll be ordering from them again. I'm loving the machine and really enjoying learning about espresso as well as perfecting my technique. It's not a machine for someone without knowlage or an interest in learning about expresso because its tricky to master, but when you get it right it's a great shot!

Purchased a Rancilio Silvia espresso machine from Caffe Italia. Easy ordering on website from a comprehensive selection of machines. Took a little while to arrive as they ship from Italy. Arrived in good order; up and running same day. Great espresso. A couple of months later I had a problem with poor tasting coffee, which I was convinced was due to a problem with the machine. Contacted support and received a prompt response. After several back and forths, turned out not to be a problem with the machine at all, but an inadvertent change in my preparation process. All good again. I recommend this company.

I bought VBM Domobar Junior HX from Coffeeitalia.pl Got espresso machine directly from Italy to Warsaw, Poland very quickly. Regretfully, we faced critical problem during first start and we are enforced to ask Coffeeitalia.pl to fix it on warranty. Got very good support by phone and email. The unit was sent to service in Katowice to be repaired. it was done within few days. Finally, we can enjoy tasty espresso and latte.

Customer Service from Coffee Italia is appalling. My machine was faulty on delivery and 5 weeks later I still dont have a replacement. They expected me to fix the problem, the Call Centre provide updates or information, the manager refuses to call, you only get occasional email updates. No apology or attention to the issue; its as if they dont care about me as the customer. We all expect very good customer experience these days but this just isnt good enough.

, I've used your machine for two weeks now and I only have good things to say. The machine is fast and easy to use and makes great coffee. And so far seems totally reliable. I've bought some food safe grease for when I clean it properly so hopefully that goes well - I intend to follow online videos of the process. I want the machine to work well lastingly.
