Received great new coffee machine from Caffe Italia. Process great with great service, delivery and support. Very much appreciated. When I need a new grinder I know who I'll turn to.
DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY. Took a long time to arrive and was faulty. They would not accept the machine was defective (despite video evidence showing an obvious leak). Patronising email tried to tell me I was grinding the coffee incorrectly which was in direct contradiction to the written instructions included with the machine. I ended up having to pay £43 for the parcel to be returned. Suddenly it had to go to Italy not London as was originally described. I phoned to chase the refund and they hung up (I only phoned once). Subsequent emails were also ignored. Money was eventually refunded following intervention from my Bank but has taken 3 months for this solution. I have been unable to get the £43 pound return charge back. Avoid at all costs.
I was given Rancilio machine as a present and had some problems with it. Matteo, in customer service was deternined to help me find the diagnosis and solution.
Stellar experience! I ordered a Rancilio Silvia Pro X and an Eureka Mignong Specialita from Romania and in less than 4 working days they arrived in perfect shape. The staff was very professional and a great help and he was very communicative, keeping me in touch during the whole process
Impecable job by this company, specially by Matteo de Stefani that was able to keep us updated about the order status. He also assured fast delivery, impecable packaging and the machine could not be better! It's perfect for our home, for people that like to taste coffee. My new Espresso machine was delivered promptly after ordering online. When setting it up there were a few teething problems, however the knowledge and support from Matteo at Caffe Italia was great and I'm now enjoying my daily coffees again.

We got a Gaggia Brera bean-to-cup machine from Caffè Italia as a gift recently and have been delighted with it. I was trying to figure out how to register the warranty so I contacted support. Matteo got back to me very quickly to tell me they had already taken care of registering the warranty for me, and gave me all the details I needed to quote in case of an issue.
Their website declares in the FAQ that "Yes, we are authorized dealers for all the product we advertise". This is NOT true for Gaggia. Bought a Gaggia Classic Evo Pro 2023 model which has a warranty issue. Now I am having to pay £30 to have it shipped and returned with Gaggia. I was duped and now have a grey import - go to the Gaggia website and it will direct you to the only authorised reseller in the UK.
