In 2016 I bought a 2015 Gaggia Classic from Caffè Italia. It needed to retire after six years of daily use. The choice of a new 2023 Gaggia Classic Pro EVO from Caffè Italia was a no brainer. The order was easily created online. Delivery was quick with updates from FedEx as it travelled to me, arriving two days earlier than originally scheduled, including some excellent Gaggia 100% Arabica espresso coffee beans I am delighted with the 2023 model as it is a familiar evolution of the previous model, with detail improvements, e.g. the power now times out if left on. There are also some unseen improvements, but none detract from the excellent design upon which this evolved machine is based. I highly recommend the 2023 Gaggia Classic EVO for serious coffee people, as well as the dedicated, helpful and friendly people at Caffè Italia who made it all happen.

Coffee machine that cost us £1500 stopped working within the 2 year warrenty. It’s been with the cafe italia engineers for 6 weeks now and not even looked at. They tell us they’re so busy they don’t even know when it will be looked at. Customer services say they cannot help. Emails not replied to. Edited to add: Following this review caffe italia promptly fixed the coffee machine and have provided us with a 1 year warrenty on the new parts. In exchange we agreed to improve our review on trust pilot. Disappointing that it takes a bad review to make things happen!

The address they have provided (Unit 85 Hillgrove Business Park, Nazeing, EN9 2HB) is for Air Technical Services. The other address is a separate repair company AE Stanton. They have not responded to complaints and you cannot file a small claim without a registered UK address. They are not even within the UK. When they sell you a faulty machine, they don't fix it (they had my machine at AE stanton for nearly 8 months only to find nothing had been fixed after having to drop the machine in central London myself and back again from the midlands), try and charge you for repairs when it is under warranty and then rather than refund or replace your machine, expect you to foot the bill and take the risk to send it to Italy for reconditioning which is completely unlawful. I didn't pay over £1500 for a reconditioned machine that only worked for a couple of months and by UK law, they should be replacing or refunding the machine. Do not buy from this company not matter how good a deal it seems. They are not interested in good customer service, just lining their own pockets and taking the hard earned money of honest, hard working people.

We received our order of the the Sage Barista Express Impress 8 working days after order. It is in good condition after it’s journey and we are making excellent coffee in just a half an hour after unpacking and setting up. Good price and quick service and very nice machine.

I would leave zero stars if I could. The level of customer service has been awful. Long story short I bough an espresso machine at the end of December 2022. I used it a handful of time and 6 weeks later it broke. These things happen no one’s fault however to access my warranty I had to pay £120 to courier the machine to London (I also foolishly paid £70 for an extra year). Had I lived in London this would have been free, the engineers would come to me to fix/access the situation. The machine arrived back in London on the 7/03 and as of yet after multiple emails I’m still clueless as to what’s going on. I’m now nearly £2000 down and don’t have a coffee machine. In answer to your response. Feel like I’m being trolled! The form of communication I’ve been using is the email link on your website, to which I’ve had responses from int he past and the phone number published your website! This company is a joke…

I've recently purchased my first manual coffee machine and a grinder from Caffè Italia. A personal 'thank you' to Matteo for guiding me to the best choice for myself, answering my questions (including during the weekend), helping me to setup the grinder. Delivery, packaging, overall service - outstanding. So that I highly recommend them!

I had a problem with a refurbished coffee machine I bought which arrived at home damaged. Coffee Italia handled my issue quite well and offered me a solution in a reasonable timeframe. I definitely would buy with them again. Nothing to complain apart the slow response rate during the entire process for which I would give them 4.5 stars. Below the details: • 18 June 2023 I saw a refurbished VBM Domobar New Edition Digital (€ 939) in their website and sent an email to Coffee Italia asking about the condition of the machine. • 19 June 2023 I received a reply from Coffee Italia who stated that the machine was almost brand-new. • 20 June 2023 Based on the above item description, I bought the machine. • 27 June 2023 the machine arrived. During the set up I discovered that the drip-tray (arrived with a dent) wasn’t fitting the machine and crashing against the bottom part of the E61 group head. Checking the base of the machine I found out that it was bent, pulling the drip-tray up. The issue was immediately reported by sending pictures and videos to Coffee Italia. The company acknowledged the damage and said that the issue was probably caused by the transport. • 27 June 2023 During a cleaning and deeper inspection I discovered that the machine had also a major scratch on the frontal part. Realizing that the machine was clearly faulty and damaged, I sent an email to Coffee Italia asking them to indicate me the steps to follow to return the item back and see the options available (change machine/buying new machine/refund). • 28 June 2023 I sent a follow-up email, and the reply from Coffee Italia was again the acknowledge that the damage was probably caused by the transport and asked to have a picture of the ship labels in the package. No reply to my questions. Pictures were sent. • 29 June 2023 I sent a follow up email. No reply. • 30 June 2023 I sent again a follow up email. Again, no reply. • 01 July 2023 Answer received from Coffee Italia who gave me the technical support address where to send back the machine. They also proposed to buy a new machine but no details on how it would be paid have been provided. Answered back asking for payment details. • 03 July 2023 They answered back on my query related to the new machine but no details on how it would be paid have been provided. • 04 July 2023 Machine given to technical support. • 04 July 2023 Received and email from Coffee Italia confirming that the machine was repaired. I was asked if I was interested on accept back the machine or buying a new one. Back and forth negotiations emails. • 06 July 2023 I decided for brand new machine. • 07 July 2023 Payment for the new machine was sent. • 10 July 2023 Follow up email regarding shipment status sent. No answer. • 11 July 2023 Confirmation received that the parcel was shipped. • 17 July 2023 New machine arrived at home.

Bought a bean to cup machine off of Caffe Italia 2 1/2 years ago. Developed a small fault and I was envisaging paying out lots of money as it was out of warranty. Contacted Matteo at Caffe Italia who replied within hours of my enquiry and gave me their service agent's details. Rang them up, described the fault and instead of sending the machine back, the lady on the end of the phone guided me through a simple reset procedure, not in the manual and - problem gone! Would use Caffe Italia again for support should another problem develop,

Caffe Italia is consistently good tasteful coffee. We tried it about two years ago and now get it whenever and wherever we can. Few stores seem to stock it though, so we stock up when we see it.

I was looking for a new machine and grinder and had something in mind. I saw that Caffè Italia had it in stock and phoned. I had a long conversation with Matteo, who is incredibly knowledgeable about the coffee machines on the market. He asked me about how I would use it, how often I used the steamer etc and he ended up recommending a different machine; a VBM, which is the one he uses at home. He recommended I go for a package, with a Creado grinder. The package saved me money off the list prices if the machines had been bought individually. Delivery was a reasonable time, given the machines came direct from Italy. Since taking delivery I have had a few queries, which I sent by email, and Matteo has always been quick to answer. I recommend Caffè Italia if you are looking for a good set up and it's definitely worth speaking to Matteo before you place an order.

Living in Ireland it was hard to find a reliable store to find good espresso machines for a reasonable price. Caffe Italia was the best solution I could have asked for, great prices, top notch delivery directly from Italia and an even better customer service. If you have a problem with your machine, Matteo and the rest of the team will guide you through the problem solving process or get you an expert near by to fix it. If you are a coffee connoisseur, don't look any further! And please be patient, the delivery from Italy might take a few days since the machines are shipped professionally with a courier.

Highly recommended! I had issues rearranging the delivery date with the delivery company. I contacted Caffe Italia and informed them of my issues. They were always prompt to reply; Matteo and Guilio looked into the matter and helped me re-arrange the delivery. I now have my Gaggia Anima and can now start my day with a wonderfully aromatic espresso. Yes to buying from Caffe Italia, Yes to buying a Gaggia Anima.

Coffee machine and grinder arrived quickly and well packaged. Had a small issue with the grinder on arrival, this was quickly addressed and they arranged for collection of the original grinder and sent a replacement

Recently bought the Gaggia Brera in Silver with €150 off. I wanted a good looking bean to cup machine, that didn't need a qualified barista to operate. Countless reviews led me to the Brera. I knew it was relatively straight forward to use, the only real niggle people mentioned was that it could be tricky to adjust the grinding setting, so I was prepared for that. Once I'd settled on the make & model, I was after the best price & CafeItalia had it. Purchase was super easy, my confirmation email however, didn't have any tracking info on it. I got speedy & friendly response to my email looking for details & sure enough, the machine arrived to Ireland in just 5 days, incl a bank holiday weekend! (I had paid extra for express shipping €25) They even included a complimentary bag of their beans. Great experience & delighted with the machine.
