Before buying a coffee machine I called to ask if the machine included 20% vat as we can claim this back which they said it did. After receiving the machine from Italy idmt was clear no vat was included therefore cheating us out of 20%. After numerous emails the company is now just ignoring me and is not interested in sorting this matter. I want to return the machine as it is expensive for what it is and they are just ignoring me. If anyone there is interested in sorting this matter please contact Harry at Simply Performance Update: they have completely missed the point. How can you say that an item includes 20% UK vat then send an item from Italy which has no tax which is claimable for a UK business. How they do not understand this is baffling.
I bought a Crem expresso machine. Fed Ex who were the courier were very poor at communicating and delayed the shipment. Matteo did his best to keep me informed and after receiving my machine offered some funds back to me as a way of making up for the delay. The machine came well packed and is beautiful and a pleasure to use. Happy with my purchase

My Anita QuickMill stoped working. I sent a video to Giulio and by listening the audio he told me that the problem was the water pump. I disassembled the machine to reach the pump, sent a photo of the characteristics on the label. After a short period I received the pump in home, replaced the defective one and started pouring espressos right away.

Delivery of machine was fine, but I tried to send one to a friend abroad and after confirming they could ship to that country, they wanted to send it to me! Also as soon as I needed a filter replacement, they directed me to a random website that never replied to phone calls or emails.. Disappointing
Bought grinder from thous guys (Matteo) before buying it I wanted to confirmed regarding VAT invoice he said yes we are providing vat invoice in UK unfortunately that isn’t the case, never again avoid this company .
I bought a Nuova Simonelli Musica in August 2021, arrived on time and without any issue. In January 2023 appeared to have an issue with the hot water spout. I messaged customer care, described the issue and shared a video. I was informed that the issue will be fixed under guarantee by authorised repair team. I couriered the machine at my own cost (£25) and after two weeks the machine wasn't even checked by their authorised repair team as they were very busy. After few phone-calls to check the status of the repair I was informed that the problem was limescale, the machine was repaired outside of warranty and that I need to pay additionally £100. I also have been informed that the repair performed was removing a solenoid valve, cleaning the part and putting it back together without replacing any part and if I want the machine back I need to pay for the repair cost. Since I was told initially that this will be covered by guarantee I approached coffeitalia where I've been told that they cannot help me and I need to pay to get the machine back. The problem was something I had already diagnosed and shared with the repair team by email and provided in a printed letter with the machine. If I was repairing the machine at home I could have it up and running within a week, also with a new part and in one third of the cost. The only reason I send the machine was for not voiding any guarantee by repairing it myself. Additionally the machine arrived from the "authorised repair" with damage in the body and a bend in the back. I have shared the above concerns (and photos) with the team but they didn't think there was something to discuss and never came back to me. I have also shared my experience with corporate Nuova Simonelli as I do not believe that this is the experience they want for the users of their products.
Me han devuelto el dinero aunque han tardado de una cafetera que devolví, asi que estoy satisfecha. Es verdad que se toman su tiempo pero en mi caso todo bien finalmente.

A dissapointing experience! Initially good delivery but after service severly lacking as they've just stopped communicating. My advice is to buy from a dealer in your own country (UK in my case) as Caffe Italia have little interest in resolving issues! My experience says avoid!
Meine geaufte Espresso Maschine SAGE Oracle wurde geliefert. Leider ist das Gerät kaputt gewesen. Die Druckpumpe funktionirte nicht. Es konnte kein Kaffee gemacht werden. Seit über 2 Monaten weigert sich ver Verkäufer coffeeitalia.de die defekte Kaffemaschine Wert 1800 EUR (!) auszutauschen. Trotz 6 Emails, 3 Videos und mehrfachen Aufforderungen keine Reaktion des Verkäufers. JETZT wurden Anwälte eingeschaltet, die gegen den Verkäufer coffeeitalia.de vorgehen.
