May 07,2024Terrible experience Cake was cheap and I was charged £55 we didn’t even want to cut it it looked that cheap, as customer service was so bad they refused to refund asking us to post the cake back in good order during bank holiday ? Can anyone believe it? We cut one slice of cake and it was cheap and disgusting throw it all in bin. DO NOT BUY CAKE FROM HERE See response to my complaint saying I wanted free cake when I paid £55( did I want a free cake) how unprofessional and rude comments for a customer calling me non negotiable saying if my budget was Lidl I should go there. You should know how to approach a customer . Your staff was rude . It is a cake if you had apologised and handled it properly it is not about money it’s about customer retention which you obviously don’t care about. You are saying I wanted a free cake. Your cakes are so cheap that no one would want them for free even . Your comments prove you have no respect for customers and just want to make money. I told you to keep the money and your cheap cake. I hope your company goes into liquidation as you deserve it for lying . It is better for you apologise than saying I wanted a free cake when I paid you £55 for a cake that I threw in bin. It doesn’t matter how many good reviews you get a professional company takes every customers feedback even negative to improve service but look at your own approach and comments( I have never seen any business writing such comments about a customer, do you think it is impressive to say a rude customer who wanted a free cake will make your business grow) it is laughable that a business should take time to make such comments when they could say sorry for bad experience and improve . Learn some professional skills Your comments have brought your own image down
