Jun 26,2024These people are scam artist. I was given an offer of $205.00 for my car after telling them the converter was missing and I had a signed title to me. They told me the title would have to be printed in my name. So I went to the DMV and got a new title. After that I accepted there offer. Now they offer me $ 100. 00 because of the missing converter. The aftermarket converter was removed and sold at a scrap yard for $15.00 previously. Don't waist your time with these people there is better ways to sell scrap cars and better buyers.

Our file manager, Samir Grande, was very helpful, excellent communications, very responsive, and took time to patiently explain the process over the phone as well as answering my many emails. :) He is enthusiastic and thorough. I would work with him and with CarBrain again. The driver from Hawks was also very helpful, cheerful, and worked quickly and efficiently. The communication between CB and Hawks was effective, making for a seamless set up for the pickup. We received payment in cash, which was very nice and convenient. I highly recommend CarBrain as the facilitator to submit your vehicle for salvage. Check them out vs the competition on Better Business Bureau website. Their headquarters is in Florida so when you search for the business name, CarBrain, LLC, select FL as the state, no matter where you live.
