Jun 19,2024The company was fast responding with an offer of $675 although I was trying to get $800. I agreed to the $675. When the tow driver showed up I showed him the title and he said "ok, that's $645 cash, right? " I said no, it's $675. He said he had to call, then told me it's $645, take it or leave it. I said, just take it, but it was wrong. Don't know if this is a scam they pull on everyone or not.

Jun 18,2024No serious issues picking up the vehicle, The driver did bring his dog and daughter, without checking if I had dogs (which I did so, luckily they were inside at the time) which is never a good idea. He was friendly otherwise. The representative I spoke with on CarBrain is Christian, he was very helpful.
