Oct 15,2024Purchased cover in 2022, had to replace in less than a year. The company replaced the cover in 2023, now in 2024, hole in same place. The company now wants to charge $55 to replace. ( great life time warranty!, not). Not a great product if have to replace yearly. I will take my business else where.

Oct 08,2024I have gone through 3 covers for the same car. Each cover has only lasted 1.5 to 2 yrs. The " lifetime" warranty is not. They want to pro rate my replacement now. If they want to sell an inferior product and have a warranty that is fine, but hold to your warranty. Stay away, but from another company. I never write reviews but I need to tell anyone looking at these covers to Stay away.

Sep 26,2024I have purchased two covers from this website based on the recommendation of a car enthusiast with a large online following. One cover was purchased for me, and I kept it. The other cover was purchased as a gift. We have been trying to return the second cover, as it was too heavy for an older person to use. The company is not honoring their free return policy. They are trying to entice me to keep the cover and offer a 65% refund or make me pay for return shipping. Their return policy clearly states no hidden return fees and the cost of shipping is covered. Do not order from this company if there may be a chance that the cover isn't right for you.

Sep 17,2024I purchased a lifetime car cover for my vehicle from CarCover.com. The last time I received a replacement car cover (initially the company did not want to honor their warranty) was in December 2023. In July 2024 the car cover I received in December 2023, had worn out in 3 large areas. As a side note since this company has different levels of car covers, I believe I may have received the lowest level of car cover as a replacement for the lifetime level cover I originally purchased. After numerous calls to Carcover.com I was informed by a Carcover.com Manager (Isaac) that I would need to pay Carcover.com $83.44 for a warranted replacement cover. I informed Isaac that in December 2023 I paid $30 for a replacement lifetime warranted car cover. In addition, I informed Isaac that a new lifetime car cover from his company is now $120 and it is unreasonable for me to pay his company $83.99. I am willing to pay $30 replacement cost but not $83.99. Isaac informed me that CarCover.com has a “replacement scale” which was never conveyed to me upon purchase of the lifetime warranted car cover or when receiving the replacement car cover in December 2023. I am requesting that CarCover.com honor their lifetime warranty, honor the replacement policy that was in effect at the time of the original purchase, and provide a replacement lifetime warranted level car cover at the reasonable cost of $30. C. Woods Revised Update (10/4/24): After talking to the appropriate Customer Service Representative, CarCover.com honored my lifetime warranty. The new cover “seems” to be an improved version of the car cover I originally ordered. In addition, the new cover was delivered timely with free shipping. If this cover performs as expected I will definitely do business with CarCover.com in the future. C. Woods

Sep 15,2024I orginally order a less expensive indoor cover for my 2024 Corvette Z06. When I recieved it and tried it on it did not completely cover the front end. The label on the car cover said HD C8. I requested a refund. Patrick emailed me and offer an upgraded black satin cover at no extra charge. The Black Satin indoor cover fit like a glove, Perfect. The material is so soft and stretchy and hugs the car like a second skin. Great customer service and resolved my issue 100 percent to my satifaction.
