Aug 24,2024The cover fits the vehicle perfectly and the thickness is fine - the only question is --why the blue color ? I don't remember checking a color block on the order and wouldn't a much lighter color say a white or silver color be more applicable for "outside storage"--- to provide better / cooler protection from sun damage? Especially in Florida.

Aug 23,2024Sent the wrong one, but did make it right by sending another. My advice is to buy from another company as these are very thin and not very soft but I guess you get what you pay for. When I order something that supposed to have 5 layers I would at least expect it to be thicker than an old tee shirt

Aug 22,2024While I thought the material would be a bit heavier, it's a good snug fit over my car and as I'm a small woman, it's very easy and quick to place over the car and then remove it when I want to drive it. I can either fold it up and store in the trunk or hang in my garage. This is a great company with excellent customer service.

Aug 20,2024UPDATE 9/9/24: a customer service rep reached out to us & was nice enough to offer my dad a refund since the cover didn't work out the way hoped and returning it wasn't as easy as we thought. We appreciate the flexibility shown to us while we tried to figure out our best options. 》 we did send in photos as requested, this was to make sure it wasn't damaged & that it did not fit the way we had hoped for the make/model. 》 we kept constant contact with the company customer service department so they knew what was happening with the product at all times. 》 we are currently waiting for confirmation of the refund process and to see the refund actually come through (fingers crossed).

Aug 19,2024I did receive the car cover, however, it wasn’t what I expected. I expected a cover that had slots for the mirrors. The one I received did not, as I was led to believe this would be a custom fit cover with openings for my mirrors, an indication for front location and it seemed more like a generic cover. Otherwise, the product seems OK.

This is my 2nd RV cover from Car Cover as I have 2 5th wheels. The first cover I ordered fit fine and was in great shape when I removed it for the summer. I am going to order a regular car cover from carcover.com shortly for a Subaru I have in storage. Ordered a csr cover from Seal Skin for the car but the fit was absolutely terrible and got screwed when I returned it. And as a big FYI, carcover.com is not the same as carcovers.com so dont make that mistake. Carcover.com without the “s” at the end of covers is the one you want. Best pricing, best warranty and best fit.

I did buy a cover for the car that I am trading and it fit my car perfectly!!! I expect nothing less on this one. The thickness is great and putting it on is so easy for me alone to do.

Aug 26,2024I am very disappointed that this car cover, after less than two months of outdoor use, started to be very dusty, as the material is probably disintegrating. I will stop using it as soon as I find another solution to cover my car, as it is not healthy to breathe in the dusty particles when taking it off or putting it on the car. My last car cover, which cost $45 at Amazon, lasted over a year. I was hoping this $150 product would last at least that long. Update: 08/30/2024 - The CarCover.com representative was very helpful in tracing my order and confirmed that the car cover was defective. He is in the process of sending me a free replacement. Based on the quick response from CarCover.com in resolving this issue, I am changing my review to 50 stars. I will update as needed.
