Sep 10,2024We bought 2 car covers for 2022 honda accord and a 2015 cover for a honda odyssey and all three of them are peeling real bad with the material coming off on to the cars and it is messing up the paint on the vehicles and we have reach out to car covers numerous times about this we have call and emailed them and they really want us to pay more money to replace the covers people and business beware of this company scam and rip off this is not a good place to buy covers from.

All BS aside I'm just thrilled with the cover because I know the protection I have with this cover. The rain just beads off cuz of the waterproofing treated material. Aug 30,2024I wish I could rate my experience higher but I can’t. I ordered a premium cover for my new 2024 Ford F350 short bed pickup truck. The first cover that showed up wasn’t even close to form fitting it was too wide and long enough to fit a long bed truck and the straps underneath fell on the center of the wheels so they were unusable! Their Customer service said it was the wrong one and sent a second cover which turned out to be exactly the same cover part number as the first one! Frustrated I again contacted them and they sent a third cover made out of a different material (lighter weight) and a different brand (Dashshield with same part number except different prefix) This 3rd one fits exactly the same as the first two covers! I’ve tried to explain to them that either the pattern is wrong or their stock is mixed up but they assure me that the other two were the wrong part and this third one is correct ……WRONG! They tried to be helpful which I appreciated but were more concerned that I give them a good review. Now the customer service rep I’ve been dealing with (Tyson) tells me he can’t help me and to file a warranty claim. I want to be helpful but they won’t listen and I’m fed up at this point the cover can be a quality product but only if it fits right and they don’t at least on my vehicle! Update 9/13/24 : I have emailed the Customer Service rep and called as requested in their response leaving a message again with my phone number. To date 4 days later no response!

Aug 28,2024I have had the cover for 2 mo. and after makeing some ajustments it fits a lot better when i first got it was very loose for my vet but after a few ajustments it fits a lot better and no more dust comeing under it very good rain resistent

Aug 27,2024Arizona had a light monsoon storm and the car cover did not withstand it one bit. When writing customer service, stating it had watermarks and dust underneath the cover, their response was “Our car covers are designed with small pores to ensure breathability and protect your vehicle from moisture buildup. While the cover is 100% waterproof to a certain extent, it is important to note that it can only withstand a certain amount of water. This means that the cover is considered water-resistant rather than fully waterproof.” Which, their product specifications do not state this. They are only willing to give a 50% refund without return so it looks like I am out of the rest with a car cover that doesn’t work as intended. Responding to reply: I’ve already contacted your customer service and they’re giving me only a 50% refund. What else is there to discuss?

Sep 10,2024Although their 5L (best) pop-up camper cover totally disintegrated after just two years' of exposure in the outdoors, I must say that their warranty service was top notch. Resolution of my warranty claim was prompt and fair. Shipping of the replacement was super fast!
