Easy online purchase. Everything arrived within 2 days. My neighbour set it up for me and all went smoothly from from installation to testing the equipment. Twice I've accidently activated wrist alarm, connection was within a few seconds with very friendly operators who reset call when I apologised for accidental calls. All in all I am very pleased with the service
Ordering was straight forward with polite and helpful member of staff. Cannot comment on product as it will not be used for some time.

Unfortunately, my dad wasn't keen on the product we bought for him, mainly because he'd been disturbed on several occasions over several nights due to the over sensitivity of the system. It put him off. Returning the product was straightforward. However, I do have a problem with the company charging and subsequently retaining the astronmical "set up" fee of £45. As it was myself that set my dad's system up....I fail to see how they have the cheek to charge it and keep it! Very disappointing.
Still waiting for it after I ordered on 15th December, received today 22nd December.

In short, the security of knowing that I have support - and that help would come quickly if needed - gives me great peace of mind. The staff that I talk to are invariably polite and helpful and I am very grateful.

I have had a Careline365 box for about 6 months now and it has given me the confidence to continue staying in my current house. I have 2 pendants - a wrist type and one on a lanyard. I wear one at all times, with the second in the bathroom, which I think is the highest risk place for me. I have tested the pendants regularly as well as false alarms when I knock or catch it on something. Each time there has been a quick response, with one of the Careline team calling me on the box to confirm that I am OK. The communication is always clear and everyone on the Careline team is very friendly and efficient.
Received, installed and tested. So far so good. All call handlers spoken to very friendly and very helpful. Thank you. As yet have not had to use it.
Although only just ordered this morning, the help and support I received in making the right plan choice for my mum was excellent. Jos was very patient and made sure I fully understood the plans. He took the time to find out about my mums needs
