The system worked very well when my mother recently fell and sustained a fracture to her hip. Control called me and as I was not local, I called a neighbour who was swiftly on the scene and he called an ambulance. Without Careline, my mother would have laid on the floor until a carer visited three hours after she fell.

Dealing with Careline 365 was excellent, the agents appeared to be knowledgeable and answered my questions quickly and efficiently. However I confess I am having some problems with the product. The fob is quite large and, whilst I would like to have it with me everywhere I go, it sets itself off very easily and is too heavy to wear around my neck. Having said that, the calls made inadvertently are answered very quickly and they do, indeed, always know where I am!!! Ideally I would have liked a watch type device which could be worn around the wrist at all times. This was not offered and I am not sure such a device exists. In consequence I do not always have my fob with me when perhaps I should.

I needed an ambulance two weeks ago pressed my GPS alarm and a ambulance was dispatched for me and I was taken to hospital says it all I think!!!
Only recently had the Careline installed and unfortunately had to use it but response was very quick realised instantly what was required and paramedics arrived very soon
So easy to set up, came 24 hours after ordering it. Second day I felt so ill that I had to press the button. Ambulance arrived with in half an hour.
Really helpful service and great previous alarm for my elderly mum. No longer needed owing to residential care placement. Ease of contact and return service, highly recommended
I spoke to a very helpful person by telephone. He explained how the personal alarm worked and then spent time explaining again to my father. He was patient and knowledgable. The equipment arrived quickly and was easy to set up.
I loved the "can do" attitude of the salesperson.. Friendly, knowledgeable and quick. Not yet had to use the Alarm but if the rest of the staff are as good I am sure the service will be excellent.

Oct 05,2024I am writing on behalf of my mother, Anne Pearce. Since the installation of the system my mother has had 3 serious falls. Each requiring attendance of paramedics and once going to Accident and Emergency. The falls detector, which we believed was part of the contract , has never functioned. We discovered the event via neighbours or making a routine call to her. I contacted the company and received a very empathetic and helpful call from Cathy in the Complaints Department. A possible solution was suggested, and we are just waiting for a delivery of a more sensitive sensor. Thank you Cathy for dealing with this so sensitively
