GPS & Mobile signal inadequate in house & garden, testing over several days in & out of property was ineffective so service cancelled & device returned to Careline. Technical team did not call as I was advised they would to discuss issue. Careline continued to call home line & fellow resident mobile rather than person listed as No1 contact despite my requests not to contact fellow resident & to contact No 1 contact. This caused anxiety & confusion. Customer service on 5th Oct, whilst apologetic were not helpful, were persistent & not listening to client when they finally spoke to No 1 contact. Worse outcome is elderly, vulnerable clients are now deterred from having any alarm after this experience. It would be helpful if telephone & accompanying paperwork is clearer about potential connectivity issues for devices reliant on signal rather than digital connectivity via WiFi so client is aware when trying to set up & test the device AND if the technical department contact clients speedily to help identify & remedy technical issues when they arise.
Fantastic service, fantastic set up and nothing is ever too much trouble. Everyone is friendly and cant help you enough.

I sent an e mail asking for advice , I had a telephone call from a very helpful lady called Matilda , she talked me through my options & I completed the purchase . We received the unit the next day with very simple to understand set up instructions. We tested the unit & were very pleased with the response from the call handler
The company representative Harry was very helpful. He answered all my questions. He advised me on the type of alarm and why one would possibly serve better than another. Also there is a 30day period when changes can be made. It was a very smooth process. I would recommend.
I have been with careline 365 for a year and the service has been great. Financially I didn't want to renew but the peace of mind it gives me makes it essential. When I phoned to ask about upgrade the call handler Jeanette gave an excellent explaination of why upgrade was needed and how it will work and it was honestly like a chat with a mate. Friendly, consise and a pleasure experience. Thanks.
I spoke to Harry who was friendly, helpful and made the whole experience so easy and calming to sort. There was next day delivery and Harry was incredibly helpful!
From our first conversation with Drew who went through everything and then Carrie when I ordered everyone has been very helpful. Just tested the system etc today so hopefully mum will feel happy with everything. It is really good to have this in place - after lots of nagging mum!!!
On 5th. October, 2024, I ŵas connected to Harry when I wished to purchase a fall alarm fob. Harry listened to what I saw as my needs. He never tried to overtalk me. He just listened until I finished talking. He is a very well-spoken gentleman, clear and concise. He described the various alarms and price ranges of each. We finally agreed what was best for me. He took final payment and arranged Next Day Special Delivery by Royal Mail. He then set up annual renewal No pressure was put upon me to buy He was a pleasure to do business with. Well done Harry
