Careline365 supply personal alarms to those within the UK who are vulnerable or elderly.
We are acutely aware of the challenges faced by older people. As the years advance, health issues can mean that day to day tasks become more difficult. Sometimes this can mean giving up on the idea of living independently altogether. We believe that this doesn’t have to be the way.
Our mission is to help as many people as possible live safe and enjoyable later lives. That’s why we strive to offer our service for the best possible price. We also like to keep things simple. Technology need not be confusing or scary – it can have a huge positive impact on the lives of older people.

I didn’t place the order as I wanted to discuss the lifeline with other members of the family and compare cost etc with other companies. When I called back to discuss further I spoke to Harry who was just as helpful and definitely instilled even more confidence regarding Careline. I am now in receipt of a lifeline bracelet for my Mother, just 24 hours later and just about to set it up. Thank you

Oct 17,2024I made an Emercency call out on 5th Oct 24 Having concerns about how it was handled I sent a complaint. After several follow up emails I am getting nowhere. I had promise of call back & complaint ref no. The emails just indicate as complaint has been escalated it is resolved.But how? Today I phoned CC for info of CEO & was told cannot give that info. It is public knowledge. My complaint has not been handled one bit & if this is the level of effectiveness of Company,I worry about the level of care in emergency.
