Very disappointing service this morning when calling the given number to cancel the policy due to the bereavement of my mother. I absolutely do not expect a bereavement to be treated as a business transaction with the only issue being when I can return the equipment which was actually asked 3 times. Totally not acceptable in this situation which I am sure is when most people are contacting your ‘business’. I will be reviewing and the only thing I will be recommending is that your customer care team have some training in the role they are supposed to carry out. It’s also helps when you don’t send the return label to the deceased
Careline have not needed to contact us re an emergency (thank goodness!) but one time when the power was turned off, they were very quick to let us know. This shows their response time is really excellent.
The system proved itself invaluable on several emergency situations: On one such occasion, my brother, who lived on his own, had a haemorage and was not able to get to a phone but was able to contact emergency services via the Careline system, by pressing the button on his tag.

I had call from Cheryl at Careline 365, and found that a number of concerns I had about my device were dealt with in a most satisfactory way. I had recently received an updated hub and I was required to return the older version by post, which was very difficult for me, as I have a mobility problem. Cheryl arranged for the package to be collected from me by Royal Mail, which was most helpful. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, reassuring and most helpful.
I have just ordered my auntie a pendant and key safe ! I had the pleasure of talking to Matilda 🇫🇷, Matilda was very helpful , knowledgeable and explained everything really well and had a good sense of humour too! She made the process easy , straight forward and it was a pleasure to deal with her 👍

I have only had my Careline pendant a couple of days. It was easy to set up. When I did the initial test the people at Careline were very friendly and helpful. When I accidentally set the alarm off I was told not to worry they will reset it for me. When my husband is out I feel safe that if something did happen like a fall help is there at the push of a button. I highly recommend it.
What a fantastic and friendly service by Jo's. It was very apparent he is proud to do the job and of the service they offer. If only more people cared about things like he did the world would be better. You need to be a trainer in customer service. Thank you soooo much xx

I wanted this for my mum who lives an hour away from me. The person I spoke to was very helpful and explained everything clearly. The alarm arrived the next day, it was easy to connect and the testing process was straightforward.
Very helpful customer service staff - Drew - answered all my questions. The only drawback is the long wait to get get through on the customer service telephone numbers.
Very easy to arrange starting use with helpful knowledgeable staff as I had an accident so needed the alarm service during recovery. I elected for the wrist band fall detector so the family were happy when I was on my own. Once I was mobile again it was easy to end my contract and return the equipment. I would recommend this service for anyone needing it medium or long term on the basis of reasonable cost and levels of service exceeding expectations.
