We are acutely aware of the challenges faced by older people. As the years advance, health issues can mean that day to day tasks become more difficult. Sometimes this can mean giving up on the idea of living independently altogether. We believe that this doesn’t have to be the way.
Our mission is to help as many people as possible live safe and enjoyable later lives. That’s why we strive to offer our service for the best possible price. We also like to keep things simple. Technology need not be confusing or scary – it can have a huge positive impact on the lives of older people.

May 10,2024I recently called customer services as I had a few questions before I renewed my mothers package and to ensure I still had the one that was most suitable for her needs. Initially I spoke to Samuel who was extremely friendly, informative and resolved my query with professionalism. Once I got home from work I had thought of some more questions I needed answering and spoke to Sue who I placed on the mastermind chair, Sue was so lovely, friendly, patient and knowledgeable I now have a complete understanding of the various packages. My mum has been with careline for one year and everyone I have spoke to from the first responders to the careline team have always been extremely helpful. Although my mum has not had an emergency situation as yet, I have full confidence and secure in the knowledge that she is in safe hands and no longer alone. Thank you so much for taking care of my mum.

They are extremely efficient and very friendly, kind and considerate. Careline365 gives me the confidence that my mother can continue to live independently and safe.Hoping we will not have to use this service, but if so I feel this would be treated in a professional manner. This product is for my elderly mother so it's quite an emotional roller coaster trying to get everything in place and I found he handled my call with a relaxed manor which helped myself remain calm. There have only been two occasions when it has been needed but on those two occasions it was worth every penny we spent on it. I would heartily recommend Careline to anyone who needs to give a loved one continued independence at home.

May 10,2024Jos was very helpful and explained how the system worked, the costs and the additional benefit of a key safe which has now been installed. Unfortunately I have hit problems today because of the siting of my WiFi but hope to get that sorted as the careline caller couldn’t hear me answering from downstairs. I hope to get these teething problems sorted out today if possible.
