I am my mother's carer and was referred to Careline by Birmingham Carers Hub. And by the way, the advisors at BCH are out of this world with brilliant customer Service. We were with another provider and the service was not good. It takes ages for them to get back to us. Follow-up calls and issues are not their strong point. I am looking to recommend CARELINE 365 to people. One great experience was a very good customer service by Drew. He sorted out my mother's order explained how it works and sent emails. He was on it, and I mean on. very good service. Careline 365 is the one-stop shop for all the care needs anyone would want. which I am looking forward to installing my mother's care equipment.

To date my experience has been very good. Easy to sign up. Delivery v. Good. Carrie was excellent in her guidance /instruction As was Jacob who continued with the guidance. However, later in the day I tried 3 separate phone numbers and waited 20mins plus before someone answered - not good.

Carrie was incredibly helpful and efficient throughout the full procesd of the purchase of a "Fall Detecter and Alarm" for my Mum, I can fully recomend Carrie and Careline for any prospective clients.
Easy to talk through with agent, not pushy, although I had paperwork I was able to do it online, within a couple of hours all ready to go , easy to set up and tested
