We are acutely aware of the challenges faced by older people. As the years advance, health issues can mean that day to day tasks become more difficult. Sometimes this can mean giving up on the idea of living independently altogether. We believe that this doesn’t have to be the way.
Our mission is to help as many people as possible live safe and enjoyable later lives. That’s why we strive to offer our service for the best possible price. We also like to keep things simple. Technology need not be confusing or scary – it can have a huge positive impact on the lives of older people.

She was kind and compassionate and very informed . She processed the order very efficiently and gave information about installation and delivery . Excellent customer service

Jan 26,2025I researched 23 personal alarm companies and narrowed it down to Careline365 who seemed most suitable. I spoke to the sales team who were patient and helpful, not pushy or pressurising. I ordered and got my GPS device the next day. I phoned the technical team who were knowledgable and friendly. The device is amazing, so much in such a small device. Living on my own this gives me peace of mind. The literature is clear and useful. I show everyone I meet about my alarm because I am so pleased with it.

Jan 26,2025Great peace of mind with wrist watch for dad and mum. Team on the phone very helpful but some advisors are hard to hear through the base unit as lots of background noise. Mum and dad are hard of hearing as I’m sure many of your customers are. Can you make sure that background noise is kept to a minimum so that people can hear you clearly.
