Jul 12,2024Professional check in and check out. I booked Seat, manua gear and I got a BMW autmatic gear for the same price with no additional question. Full insurance and no limit for km. Shuttle bus from the airport each 15min. Very satisfied to use this car rental company.

Jul 04,2024Nie wieder! Nach 250 km blieb unser Mietwagen mit bereits 50000 KM von Carguest auf der Autobahn stehen. Der Anruf bei Carguest war erfolglos, man müsse selber bei der Versicherung in Madrid anrufen. Wir führten im Straßengraben ca 10 Gespräche mit der Versicherung. Bis nach knapp 3 Stunden ein Abschleppdienst kam. Taxi hat uns der Abschleppdienst freundlicherweise besorgt. Um ein neues Auto zu bekommen, muss man immer auf Malaga zurück fahren. Egal wo man sich befindet. Service vor Ort gibt es nicht! Der Tag war kaputt. Sind dann nachts um 24.00 Uhr im Hotel wieder angekommen. ACDC Konzert verpasst! Ich finde, das sollte die Mietwagen Firma fairer Weise erwähnen, dass man sich bei einem Schadensfall immer direkt mit der Versicherung in Madrid auseinander setzen muss. Sowie immer zurück auf Malaga muss, um an einen neuen Mietwagen zu kommen.

Jul 04,2024Very good service! Easy pickup and drop off from airport and very efficient pick up and drop off of my 9-seater. The only confusion was over the insurance. I had booked full insurance from the broker but was told that this did not cover the wheels and glass and should take additional insurance for this at an additional €170. I refused to take this. This should be made clear upfront.

Jul 03,2024I was very happy with the service from Cargest at Malaga Airport, went with the premium cover for a Seat Ibiza for 10 days at £170 cost. No hidden charges or prompts to take out extra insurance so I'm very happy from that perspective. Will happily use them again on my next visit

Negatif : Essai de nous louer un véhicule plus coûteux et non demandé Très negatif : A la livraison du véhicule, il est convenu que le véhicule restituer avant 8h10. A la remise du véhicule, à 7h40, des frais de 15 euros sont exigés pour retour anticipé du véhicule. C'est clairement du racket.

Jul 01,2024El pasado 27 de junio contraté con la Cargest Parking en el aeropuerto de Málaga el depósito de un vehículo desde el 27 de junio hasta el 1 de julio (n° depósito 230100341), mi vuelo aterrizaba el día 1 de julio a la 1:00 de la madrugada y el contrato cubría tanto la llevada al aeropuerto como la recogida el dia 1 de julio EN CUALQUIER HORARIO, ya que tal como me dijeron y como anuncian en su página web, dicho servicio se cubre durante las 24 h. Me pidieron incluso el número de mi vuelo para hacer el seguimiento. Cual es mi sorpresa que, cuando aterrizé, contacté con el teléfono que me facilitaron y salta un contestador que me pone en espera indefinidamente (teléfono 952 17 35 20) . He llamado más de 15 veces demostrable con el registro de llamadas de mi móvil y el de mi esposa, incluso alquile un taxi que me acercará al local donde deposite mi vehiculo el día de mi llegada, con el coste que conlleva un taxi a esas horas del cual tengo factura (20, 77€), me sorprendo aun más si cabe cuando compruebo que no hay nadie en las instalaciones, que en la misma puerta insisto con mi teléfono, golpeó en la puerta en numerosas ocasiones, me desplazo hacia otro edificio que esta situado más adelante donde se lavan los vehículos y tampoco hay nadie. Tengo una grabación explicando el caso en la puerta de su local. Ante está situación y siendo ya más de las 3:30 h de la madrugada, optó por volver al aeropuerto y disponernos a pasar la noche. Manifiesto mi más profunda indignación ante está situación y reclamo con carácter inmediato la devolución de todos los gastos además de una indemnización por los daños y perjuicios ocasionados, ya que incluso perdimos el día de trabajo. Llevaremos el asunto sin duda antes las instancias que sean necesarias.

Jul 01,2024Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto dal noleggio, nessun problema al ritiro e auto quasi nuova, ben pulita e ritiro rapido. Tutto come descritto, tranne che al rientro ho dovuto pagare una penale di 15€ perchè riportato l'auto prima delle 8.00 del mattino (riportata alle 7,30), dicendomi che era orario notturno. Non ero informato di questo, ho noleggiato con altre compagnie e non mi era mai capitato...c'è sempre una prima volta!
