Feb 16,2025The conditions in the contract were correct. However we were not very happy with the Seat car which replaced the Nissan we would have liked. The deep seats are very uncomfortable when one is not used to. The biggest problem was to miss a GPS, which was offered on the website for eur 60. To obtain a GPS we would have had to hire a car that was twice as expensive! We advise Cargest to offer the possibility to hire a GPS separately as many companies do. (It was very difficult under the circumstances to bring the car back in that very busy neighbourhood.) In that case we would think it over to hire a car again with Cargest

Feb 15,2025Bij ontvagst van de auto was alles OK. Echter de suttelservice was wel wat langzaam. Echter bij het inleveren van de auto ging alles OK, totdat we op het einde te horen kregen dat we 10 minuten te vroeg waten en dus 50 euro straf moesten betalen. Dat deden ze bij veel klanten. Elke keer nadat ze alles gecontroleerd hadden. Voordat de auto geretourneerd werd werd hier niets over gezegd. Gewoon misdadig!!!! Mij aanbeveling: hier geen auto huren.
