Even though it was a short bus transfer to their premises, it took all in all less time than standing queueing at the rental desks in the terminal, it was suuuper smooth! Also their prices were way lower than the other rental companies - great! Really helpful and service oriented staff, and with great knowledge of English as well, much appreciated - keep up the good work! The car, a small Fiat 500 was super cute and in great shape, both on the outside but especially the interior. Can´t recommend CarGest enough, I will definitely use them again!

Nous avons choisi l’option assurance tourisque , pas beaucoup de différence avec la prénum . Vous devez rendre le même niveau de carburant ce qui est tout à fait normal . Je recommande Cargest sans hésitation , cette société vous permet de passer un séjour en toute sérénité

Jan 11,2025Overall the service was good, the car was clean and just what I ordered. Pick up was difficult from Malaga Airports due to a BA cancelled flight I emailed Cargest to inform them earlier in the day that I would be arriving late. However, when I arrived I called the office only to speak to a very rude young man who said he would only collect me if I paid €100 more. After several phone calls he did collect my wife and myself and I showed him the email I sent and the acknowledgment to it from Cargest. I didn’t pay the additional €100. The car was fine and the drop off was easy. Perhaps some customer training would help.

Jan 10,2025Vi har stadig ikke fået depositum retur. Vi lejede en bil fra 22/10-24 til 26/10-24. Hver gang man ringer til dem siger de vent en uge. Det kommer om 14 dage. Elendigt elendigt! Ikke lej en bil her
