Sep 11,2024I just returned a rental car to Cargest. I wasn’t involved in the booking of the car as it was done through an agent on a package deal. The car we received was a beautiful new 1 series BMW automatic. The customer service at collection was excellent and on Sunday I emailed them to see if I could return the car 2 hours later than agreed and they said no problem and no extra charge. This is how customers should be treated. Well done Cargest and I will certainly be back.

Sep 10,2024Ayer de madrugada, me pasó como a otro de los muchos usuarios de la empresa CARGEST, que al llegar a Málaga 49 veces llamé a Cargest y solo salía la alocución, pero no atendía nadie, llamé a la Policía y supuestamente no fui el único que este caso le pasa, hube de llamar un Taxi y alojarme en en el Hotel Holiday, me supuso un nuevo gasto de 120 euros de hotel mas 10 de taxi, mas 30 del incumplimiento de contrato y servicios de la empresa CarGest total 160, amé de no poderme desplazar a mi casa en Lucena. hoy he tenido que ir a la otra empresa donde tienen el lavadero parta pedir una hoja de reclamaciones, pues tienen el incumplimiento de no tener disponibilidad obligatoria de ellas por Ley he reclamado me retornen lo pagado mas los gastos de ayer, o emprender acciones espero respuesta Gregorio del Pino López mi depósito de vehículo fué el 230100413

Sep 06,2024Nachdem wir viele Bewertungen gelesen haben, entschieden wir uns für eine Autovermietung bei der Firma AutoLido in Malaga. Es lief alles sehr schnell und unkompliziert. Es wurden ausreichend Fotos gemacht, die wir sofort per Mail zusammen mit dem Vertrag bekommen haben. Wir haben das Auto (ein nagelneuer Fiat 500!) in der Stadt gemietet, aber da wir es am gleichen Tag spät Abend abgeben wollten (wegen Parkschwierigkeiten in der Stadt), konnten wir das Auto bis 24 Uhr am Flughafen zurückgeben. Obwohl wir nach Gibraltar gefahren sind, waren wir gegen 21 Uhr bereits in Malaga. In der Firma am Flughafen (das Foto) wurde das Auto nochmal fotografiert und nach ca. 10 Minuten bekamen wir unsere Kaution zurück. Und da die Firma etwas abseits liegt, wurden wir sogar kostenlos zur Metro-Station am Flughafen gefahren. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, deswegen würden wir persönlich die Firma jedem weiterempfehlen!

Sep 04,2024Fremragende service og billige priser. Personalet er rigtig flinke og servicemindede mennesker. De tilbyder gode biler til ret fornuftige priser. Levering og returnering af køretøjet sker problemfrit og hurtigt. Deres shuttlebusser kommer jævnligt frem og tilbage fra Malaga lufthavn. Jeg vil varmt anbefale dem og vil selv leje bil hos dem igen, næste gang, jeg kommer til Malaga.

Aug 31,2024Een betrouwbaar en goede service. We werden snel geholpen en kregen een vrij nieuwe auto mee met volle tank. Dus ook volle tank terug. De borg betaald en staat ook na inleveren van de auto weer snel terug op je rekening. We werden binnen 5 minuten van het vliegveld naar cargest gebracht en bij inleveren van de auto ook weer binnen 5 minuten naar het vliegveld gebracht. We zijn zeer tevreden over de service en is cargest een echte aanrader voor je autoverhuur.

Aug 29,2024Started off well, accepted a deal to upgrade and set off on our 40 minute drive to our accommodation. Noone came to the car with us to explain the features etc they just pointed and said that was our car. About 30 minutes in a warning light came on saying brake failure and to have the problem checked by the service partner. This made me nervous, just started driving in another country, not sure of the roads to the accommodation and a brake failure. Made it to the accommodation and couldnt get through to the number pointed out to us by the cargest staff so had to ring roadside assistance. Luckily we had the host of our accommodation to help with the language. We were told they would collect the car on a tow truck and send us a taxi to go back to the car hire place. What should have happened, as it does in England, is the car hire company should have brought a replacement car to the customer. Anyway the taxi arrived and we set off back on the 40 minute journey where we were told rudely that we shouldnt have left the car and what if it was stolen and we couldnt get a replacement until the car was back in the carhire office - so why send us a taxi then?? When they confirmed the car had been picked up we were thrown the keys to another car and told 'fill it up immediately its empty'. Again no explanation of the features of the car, had to figure everything out ourselves and then try and find a petrol station. 2 hours of our first day wasted when we should have been with our family enjoying the pool. No problems with the car during the holiday but the return was a farce. No proper waiting area we were in the middle of a busy garage with people dropping off and moving cars around with an excitable 6 year old. There was 1 shuttle bus which could only take 8 people at a time so were waiting almost an hour. At one point there were over 20 people waiting in the entrance to the garage with no organisation or order. Will not use again.

Aug 29,2024I recently hired two cars for a family holiday. Juan Vicente arranged everything expertly and efficiently. Communication was superb and the service was seamless. Nothing was too much trouble and any requests were effected immediately. Incredible value for money and full insurance cover was added in for both cars, with a free second driver. A pleasure to deal with and I strongly recommend Cargest.
