Oct 19,2018Friendly and helpful staff. Would have given 5 stars but the approval process takes way too long. The process from arrival to driving off the lot is very inefficient. Too time consuming. I arrived around 5pm and didn't leave until 830pm. That is unacceptable given I filled out my application and got approval even before arriving!

Oct 18,2018It was a very long wait time!! The car I wanted to get had water in the floor Floor board!! The car I ending up with they had to jump it for like 10 mins before it would come on!! After having the car for 2 day it wouldn’t start so I had to wait in the car for a while and then it started!! But over all I guess it was okay!!
