Oct 06,2018Ok I went to carhop yesterday and I said I would feedback because of the great customer service I had from Cody from Vallejo carhop. He was very honest and took care of my pop and I. Even though they go into a little debate everything still worked out..he helped out so much and he stuck with all of his words thanks again Cody and sorry about the late feedback honestly I couldn't find the website I hope this is the rite one. Thanks to the carhop family the car runs great God bless.

Oct 06,2018The service getting me out the door with a vehicle took over 5 and a half hours. We have had the vehicle for 2 weeks and already needs motor mounts and transmission. Now all lights on the dash are on, check engine, abs, battery. I have call call hop on a number of occasions only to be told that a manager would call me back. Which no one did. and now I am getting the runaround to fix the vehicle. I am very disappointed in their service after they get you out the door .

Oct 06,2018Not to give too much detail but in my twenties I did an outstanding job of destroying my credit, to the point where no one would we even try to finance me. I have since settled and resolved the bulk of my debt, but haven’t been approved for any line of credit in ice a decade. Adam was my sales person worked with me to get the vehicle I wanted (2007 Honda Crv) within my requested term, budget and down payment. To add to the desperation, I lost my previous vehicle last year, then in July of 2018 I found out I have late stage cancer. I am so grateful to Ryan and CarHop Finance for making this possible, you really went above and beyond! This car is reliable, going to get me to work and all of my appointments at UCSF and elsewhere! Oct 06,2018I recommend Carhop to anyone looking for a car who doesn't have good credit and/or a big down payment. Angelica at the Vallejo location was awesome in every way. She made the process easy and made sure that I had everything I needed befre going to the lot so there was no surprises. She got me preapproved and I went down there and drove off the lot with my car that afternoon. Thank you Angelica for all your help!

Regardless of my credit history, my license, she made sure I left with a smile. Her customer service was 100% also!!!! I love my car and I am proud to say I am a part of the CarHop family.

Oct 05,2018Devon was very friendly and got me approved, I drove out less than 2 hrs later with a nice car, but after getting it home it has some problems, Xarhop is repairing the problems but it is kinda unconvenient I have had the car less than weeks and already in the shop
