Oct 15,2018I walked right in. I was helped immediately. It took time, but I waited patiently even test drove a vehicle. By the end of the day I drove off the lot with a vehicle. Very helpful. They were very understanding with my situation and bad credit history. I paid a low down payment and my monthly payments are low too. I will refer them to everyone I know.

Oct 14,2018I was referred to carhop from friends n family. When i went into the Burnsville location i was very impressed with their impeccable customer service! Jenn and Shari were a great team effort in the entire process. I participated in the down payment assistance program which allowed me to find a vehicle i liked and pay a minimal deposit to hold the vehicle until the following week i got paid to continue with the buying process. Everything went smooth and it was a friendly dealership. The salesman Jenn even hooked me up with their insurance broker, so i was good to go. They go above and beyond the norm to help people that really truly need a car and are looking for help to reestablish their credit. I highly recommend carhop especially in Burnsville since it was closer to my house.

Oct 13,2018Third car now, they never stop amazing me. I came in this time because I got my self into quite the pickle but ya know what. They got me out of it right quick. If you have no luck anywhere else or need a car with cheap payments and a good warranty, go to Carhop. Ask for Jay or Emily.

Oct 13,2018I was in need of a vehicle. I did my application online and within 2 hours I found a vehicle and was financed on the spot. It's really helpful for people who was forced into not having the best credit. I love my truck and the warranty really help with the sale.

Oct 12,2018My Husband and I needed something bigger and more reliable for our family. We went to Carhop in Fort Collins CO and Heather worked with us and got us into an amazing car! We love it. We were disappointed that we didn’t qualify for what we wanted but we are so happy with what we ended up with!!!! Today I noticed that my weather stripping on my driver door was not there. When we looked at the car it was in the car and needed to simply be put back on but during inspection it had been accidentally thrown away I’m presuming. I called Heather and she was quick to give me a number to have it replaced and I am so very grateful for all that she has done. Thank you Heather for your outstanding customer service!!

Oct 15,2018I went there on this part Saturday thinking I didn't have a chance in getting a car, Jean Pederson is amazing, she went above and beyond to help my kids and I drive away in a 2005 Saturn View! I'm beyond grateful for Jean and CarHop!!! I highly recommend going there!!!!
