Oct 07,2018One of my worst car buying experiences ever. Process took over 2 weeks. I had to keep "chasing" my sales rep (multiple times he was supposed to check or follow up on something and I would dhave to call have and follow-up days later), they tried throwing me into every kind of car I said I DIDNT want, and then jacked up my down payment as I was on my way to make my purchase.
