Jun 09,2023Everything went perfectly and I've found the BMW 4 series I was looking for. From the moment Louis engaged with me after my initial enquiry, the sales process was seamless. The pictures of the vehicle were great and the video really did showcase the car well. After travelling from Cheshire to Harrogate I was warmly greeted with a coffee and shown the vehicle. I was really impressed with the condition of the car. It's clear they purchase their stock carefully and I was told they never purchase from auctions only private sales - this showed. On the day Travis the sales advisor was very professional and went through all the documentation. I took out the 3 year RAC warranty as I believe you need should have this in place for any unexpected surprises. It's peace of mind too. I was even greeted by the director Jonny who was friendly and took an interest in the sale. Hands on for sure. Overall the experience was superb and I'm very happy with my purchase. They did say they don't deliver cars, but the trip over from Cheshire was well worth it. Would highly recommend giving these guys a go.

Jun 09,2023Fantastic attention to detail. Awesome photographs of the cars. Clear processes for negotiation of part exchange, handover and introduction to the new car. Unhassled. Everyone smiles and said hello in the show room - such good practise. Clear business model - I can understand how they make money but equally why this leads to me getting a good car. Very impressive.

Jun 09,2023I have been buying cars for a number of years and i have to say this latest transaction is by far the most painless and smoothest experienced to date. I have been mostly using main dealers for my previous car purchases, so this experience is very new to me, and i have to honestly say it was a real eye opener and main dealers should take note. My salesman Adam Milner was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process, which thanks to him and Carlingo was not very long at all. Not at any time through the negotiations did Adam pressurise or blind me with false facts. I found his professionalism exemplarily, he was calm, straight talking and very reassuring and those were the assurances i needed especially living so far away from the showroom. The advert, pictures and video reflected exactly how the car was in the flesh and i was very impressed by this compared to my previous experiences from other dealers. I can only speak about the member of staff that dealt with me by recommending Adam Milner, he was so good that nobody else was required to complete the deal and to me thats mighty impressive. Thank you Adam and the Carlingo team so much for selling me a lovely car, i know that i have a good car thats been looked after and sure that i will have lots of trouble free motoring ahead of me.

I accepted the offer and the whole process was dealt with very efficiently by both Nicola and Richard. The car was arranged to be collected and payment was made following the inspection. No fuss, no arguments. A pleasure to have done business with them

He walked and talked me through the whole process, listened and answered to any questions I had and you could tell he really cared about getting the best outcome for me. The cars available were displayed with all the information regarding specs, insurance group, economy etc so it was easy to make comparisons Just a very straightforward, enjoyable experience. May 20,2023Everything with the purchaser of my car, Carlingo and the auction site Carwow went perfectly. Carlingo had won my car in the auction on a Monday, paying the reserve price (I was happy with that). During the week they contacted me to arrange collection from my house. They kept me informed of everything by phone, email and text. The car was collected by their carrier company on Friday and payment for the car was made following an inspection of the car while the car collector was at my house.

If you do I want to put forward if I may Nicola Wynn an employee of yours who gave me top quality, genuine customer service. Please acknowledge her outstanding work by rewarding her in some way. In this day and age it is unfortunate that as customers, we do not come across more staff, more often, who sound so happy in their work, are sincere and genuine, with good old fashioned manners. Nicola has excellent manners, just the right amount of informality and a genuine person who clearly enjoys her role within your company, an all round customer focused employee Carlingo are very lucky to have her working for you and she should be made an example to other employees as to how to do things right. I am a retired Armed Forces Veteran 65 years old and I appreciate everything that Carlingo have done for me with the excellent support of Carwow who are exceptional. Anyone buying or selling a car do not hesitate to use Carwow or Carlingo.
