Mar 21,2025Great car, fair trade in and knowledgeable/helpful staff. So why only 3 stars? Customer service is not where it should be. The car, a phev, was clearly advertised with two cables but came with only one. When I pointed this out they did not want to know. If you do not care about customs service then, in my experience, you will probably get a decent deal but if you want to feel valued then I am not sure I could recommend higher than a three. Update: Not sure why you would say that you are unsure about this and never advertise 2 cables as I sent Ben a screenshot of the advert showing two cables...so you already have this. His response was that when it was new it had two cables but now it doesn't...hence a three star review. You contacted me to provide a review which I have done and it is an honest review of my experience
