Lovely non-pushy approach throughout. Adam was knowledgeable and really helpful and most importantly, I never felt under any pressure to make a decision. I liked the information sheet that was displayed in each of the cars and the clearly visible price, with the option to scan a QR code for more information if required (unlike another dealership nearby which didn’t display anything, you had to scan a QR code to see even basic information such as price - what a faff!). I’m happy with my new car and the whole process of buying it - can’t say any better than that!

The whole process of buying the car was well organised. Two visits to the site did not result in us being pressured in any way. The test drive was comprehensive and of reasonable length. Overall just a good experience

Good communication, good choice of nice cars, Adam awnsered all my questions and was very helpful throughout, and very flexible with a hand over time as i was coming from 250miles away via train.....

Steve was Very courteous and knowledgeable during the handover of my new Seat Cupra. The whole experience was a joy. I would recommend Carlingo for anyone looking for a new car.

Recently passed my test, and I was wanting to have a look around for a car. I had a look previously on their website and thought it would be better to check in person. Staff there was very helpful and attentive when we arrived. Stephen and Richard were the ones to have helped me with purchasing the car, Richard showed us one of the newer cars they had bought, and it was perfect! Stephen helped with buying the car and made it stress free. On handover, Travis was the one who dealt with me on the handover and was very helpful. I would highly recommend using Carlingo to friends and family who are wanting to get a car!

Just picked up my new Nissan Juke from here and it was a fabulous experience. I was orginally seen by Steven; He made buying the car an absolute breeze!! He very supportive, he talked me through everything and patiently answered any silly little questions I had. He wasn't going in on a hard sell, like most salespeople I've come across, so it was an absolute pleasure to chat and laugh with him. Travis did the hand over today and again just wanted to mention how well he treated me, making sure I was happy and understood everything. The overall experience given by these two should be applauded. 100% recommend and will make sure to use this dealership again in the future

Sold my car to the team at Carlingo and it was a very smooth experience. Timely communication, friendly efficient staff and over delivered on service. This team were a pleasure to deal with and I didn’t actually buy a car from them! However they will be the first on my list when either myself or my wife are ready!

This is a review about our purchase of a Dacia Duster B7 JTJ. We were supported by Adam, one of your sales representatives. We found him to be very supportive, initially he came over to show us where the car we had seen on the website was, provided us with information about the car asked us if we would like to look inside the car he then gave us the space to discuss it between ourselves, then if we needed anything else to come into the office to see him. We found this approach did not place us under any sales pressure. We went into the office to look at buying the care but unfortunately at that point an agreement couldn't be reached. Adam was very pleasant and supportive, he gave us his card and said we could contact him anytime or pop in to discuss it further or ask any questions. After consideration and a look at finance we went back to see Adam and purchased our car. There was much laughter as we sorted everything out We would like to thank Adam for his professionalism for his time for his understanding but most of all for his ability to communicate in such a way as it put us completely at ease, we felt valued as customers we would highly recommend Carlingo to our family and friends Mr Leslie Curtis

I purchased a car from Carlingo Dealership three months ago, and what was supposed to be a joyous moment turned into a never-ending ordeal. After driving the car for just a few months, I discovered multiple faults that were not disclosed during the purchase, and when I tried to reach out to Carlingo for assistance, they displayed a shocking lack of concern and willingness to help. Firstly, let me begin with the abysmal condition of the vehicle they sold me. After three months of ownership, I decided to take the car for a health check at another garage due to some concerning noises and handling issues. To my dismay, the independent garage discovered not one, but multiple faults that Carlingo had conveniently kept hidden. The car had not one, but two leaking shock absorbers, causing unsafe driving conditions. Additionally, there was a coolant leak, which is a significant engine problem that could lead to costly repairs if left unaddressed. Even more alarmingly, the sump plug hadn't been tightened properly, resulting in a hazardous oil leak. Upon discovering these issues, I immediately contacted Carlingo Dealership to address the problems, hoping they would take responsibility and offer a resolution. However, the response I received was shockingly dismissive and unhelpful. The staff seemed uninterested in my concerns and unwilling to acknowledge their responsibility for selling a faulty vehicle. I reminded them of my rights under the Consumer Rights Act, which clearly states that if a product is faulty, the seller is obliged to offer a repair, replacement, or refund. However, Carlingo showed no willingness to rectify the situation or even discuss any potential solutions. Their lack of accountability and disregard for consumer rights left me feeling cheated and deceived. I am deeply disappointed by Carlingo's blatant disregard for their customers and their unwillingness to take responsibility for selling a defective vehicle. I strongly urge potential buyers to steer clear of Carlingo Dealership to avoid falling victim to their unscrupulous practices and poor customer service. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for a dealership that values its customers and upholds ethical business practices.

Great experience at Carlingo! I drive past here everyday and thought I’d give it a visit with swapping my car for a newer one. I found the process easy from beginning to end. Louis helped me with choosing which car was right. He was so friendly and not pushy at all, helping me make my decision with sound advice! I had been at another dealership beforehand and felt I was just being sold things. Travis dealt with the handover of the car and again was very helpful. Would highly recommend Carlingo to friends and family.

What a breath of fresh air dealing with Richard and his team at Car Lingo. In my experience people enjoy buying cars but not being sold cars. The staff at Carlingo were all polite , welcoming and professional but also enthusiastic. The whole process was easy and enjoyable from start to finish. I would also like to mention Stephen and Travis for there patience and knowledgeable approach. I am sure we will be using them again. The car is very nearly as new, serviced and a new Mot.The only problem is my wife wants a newer car too!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Adam and Jason were very professional and helpful, they both made my experience of buying my new car stress free and enjoyable. No pressure selling, I was able to take my time in looking at the cars. Travis was patient in answering all of my questions on the handover. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Carlingo to anyone looking for a new car.

Worst ever car dealership ever, Bought a suzuki AWD 2015 with a faulty gearbox and clutch, Took back to garage, they were not interested told was driving car wrong? Carlingo told me they would give me extra time to see if problem occurs outside the 3 months!, then lied to my face about giving extra time once the 3 months expired, I did say to them they would not honour after the 3 months legal warranty, two managers both told me they would...... and suprise suprise, not interested once came back a second time. DO NOT BELIEVE THE SALES PEOPLE OR GARAGE MANAGER. Get everything in writing, they lie to your face. I will not be recommending this company.
