Feb 28,2025I have ordered from carpet warehouse about 5 different times now always helpful and delivery on time, even down to the guys that deliver always polite and helpful. Only ever had one blip customer service stepped in, very polite and helpful and it was all sorted very quickly. Very pleased with vinyl flooring looks great in every room.

Feb 20,2025Have used this company few times before and never had any issues but customer service received this time round has been absolutely awful!! Placed an order for a carpet and was given a delivery date, this was then delayed a few days apparently so was happy to wait. No updates received on my order at all and I had to keep contacting them. Every time I asked for an update I was told my order was definitely on its way that day to the couriers and should hear in the next 24/48hours to arrange delivery time. This went on for a WEEK! Now today, 3 WEEKS after placing my order they have only made me aware that my order is NOT actually in stock. This company has done nothing but waste my time and given me false information clearly to get me off their case and not actually help!

Feb 20,2025I don't usually write reviews however when trying to find a good online store to buy a carpet for my house I couldn't decide if going with Carpet Warehouse or not since the reviews were either great or super crap. I had a great experience! I've ordered it on the 14th Jan and receive the order on the 28th Jan. They kept me posted on the status of my order after purchase, they contacted me about the delivery and even on the day send me another SMS saying they would arrive in 30mins. The quality of the product is great and I couldn't be happier about the purchase. I would 100% use them in the future!

Feb 18,2025Had to cancel my carpets 4 weeks after ordering them as they still were not delivered, told on multiple occasions it will just be another couple of days and still nothing, finally spoke to the courier that says they only travel to Scotland if they have a full lorry and won’t travel up just for a couple orders, I find this absolutely unacceptable considering we had to pay a lot more for shipping to Scotland to then be told we need to wait for a full lorry! Managed to get a refund and went with a local company who offered us the same deal! Avoid if you live in the Scottish highlands!!

Got in contact with carpet warehouse which told me they weren’t able to ship my order because it had been out of stock? 3 weeks since the order and still no update and no delivery.

Feb 14,2025Carpet Warehouse supplied the wrong underlay. Refused to believe 8mm thick was not the 12mm underlay I ordered. It was even marked 8mm on the inside wrapper. Then said they wouldn't even discuss the problem, as the fitter had laid it. I was only asking to pay for the underlay they supplied rather than the more expensive one I ordered. These people just wanted to defraud me. Avoid these cowboys at all costs. They are just money grabbing thieves, not professionals. They certainly won't be getting the order for the other 4 carpets I'm replacing.

Feb 14,2025Delivery was delayed by a further 10 working days , I had too chase the company for updates all the time . Told me it would be dispatched next day, wasn't dispatched for another three days . Won't be using the company again , poor customer service.

Feb 14,2025Dreadful customer service. Vinyl flooring arrived day after confirmed date and incorrect. The wrong item and been sent. Then when the correct one arrived it had a tear around 1.5m into the roll. When I contacted the customer service to complain about the delivery etc there response was unhelpful - they prettt much refused to accept any responsibility.

Feb 13,2025Terrible terrible service. Took them a month to deliver my flooring despite no updates at all unless I chased them. They just kept blaming stock and then the delivery company. They gave no compassion and don’t provide any evidence or explanation of issues. Be aware if they aren’t delivering and you ask to cancel the order, they charge you a 50% cutting fee. Avoid at all costs!

Feb 28,2025I'll never buy from this company ever again. Not only did they fail to meet their delivery deadline, they also failed the following 2 other deadlines and when I tried to cancel my order after waiting over a month, they told me that they'd be keeping half of my money, only offering a partial refund. If a company fails it's delivery deadline and continues to fail the customer, that customer, in the name of fairness, deserves a full refund. Carpet warehouse call this "A cutting fee" granted, they have a right to charge this is a customer cancels their order prematurely; NOT, however, when they've failed their delivery obligations time and time again. Otherwise, does this not constitue a form of Blackmail?
