They program their system to phantom withdrawal funds without informing the player that they had done so. They do this well beyond the point the player is able to hit max CASHOUT! They will say that it's automatic coupon reversal, but what they won't admit is that you have to payback the bonus before withdraw... which will put you way below a withdraw if you ain't able to deposit a crazy amount, and did so way before I was ever able to reach a max cashout. PLEASE NOTE y'all copy and paste to respond to all my inquiries... YET you didn't say this first time I played . You garnished the bonus funds and wouldn't let me cash out . Then I cought on screen recording... took funds way before I was near a max cash out .. which is breech of your own agreement casino extreme... I was not told of this upon cashout till I told ya I had proof ..you shouldn't say taken at withdraw ...then take whenever you wish .. giving me no chance to cashout or hit max withdraw... this is breech and dishonest...you never informed me till I had proof. Then chose not to fix the issue...said it's how the system is designed... I'm fully aware of the terms. I'm fully aware of how y'all were fully aware of problem and have chats and video proof to back it. Y'all still won't address the issue, rather quote same things for 100s of messages .. I won't respond to comment anymore you can refer to emails and hundreds of chat text. I have all saved for anyone who would like an example of them cheating players and how they handle them. Unless you want to clean up the mess extreme and actually make things right with me... I won't respond this is redundant and rude. I did this song and dance for weeks... Don't be fooled by this as it took me a couple deposits to figure out what they were doing as they will never offer this information up as long as you don't have proof. As I did have proof they told on their selves contradictory each time and I have full documentation of chats and play where they admitted to it and yet refuses to correct it any of the three times. I cashed out only because I'm aware and beat the crazy odds... as they won't invite you to leave a review if you lose. I am disgusted at the way they handled these situations and responses to them. Sep 16,2023Horrible casino. I’ve been waiting three months for them to verify my account. I’ve sent in the requested documents numerous times and even tried to contact them via Email NUMEROUS times. Website indicates there is a chat icon but no chat icon is to be seen. Tried to contact them by phone number and i get a Spanish operator so a phone number is nonexistent. Customer representatives do not get back to you. I’m sure if it’s regarding a deposit of course they will but they’ve ignored my emails and all I’ve simply been trying to do is verify my account already! I have a change of thought however due to their avoidance behavior. I’m starting to think that they do not want to pay me as I had redeemed a Free Spins promotion and attempted to cash out. I am assuming that they just don’t want to pay? Or probably not even a real casino.
