Oct 07,2023These people are thieves. I had closed an account bc they pissed me off after they wouldn’t give me a bonus on a deposit I had made. A while later I opened up another account. They had no problems taking multiple deposits from me with me losing. Then I deposited 30$ but after fees was 27$ which was below minimum to get the 30% no rules bonus. So I start playing on the 27$….after a while I had accumulated about 150$ went to withdraw 120$ did the replay to their email to continue payout. After a little while they send me an email saying my withdrawl was canceled bc of multiple accounts. I also have the emails where I asked them to close my account. With the remaining 30$ in my account I had played it up to 50$ and when I went to dispute the multiple accounts. In the mean time they zeroed out my account and then blocked me from logging in at all! Can someone give me pointers on what to do. Like I said I have all the emails stating I wanted my account deleted. And I wasn’t playing on a bonus. I started with 27$ of my deposit And they stole my 120$ withdrawl and 50$ out of my account that was all mine. No play through needed. UPDATE THEY REFUNDED MY ONE DEPOSITVI WON ON! (27$) But kept the 7 or 8 before that when I lost. Now they won’t let me sign in. I’ve asked to be unsubscribed to their mailings…. Yet I get multiple of their BS lies multiple times a day! QUIT SENDING ME EMAILS YOU POS THEIVES! You do notice they don’t have a reply to what I’m saying. TRUSTPILOT. THERE SHOULD BE A WAY TO RATE A PLACE ZERO STARS OR IN CASES LIKE CASINO EXTREME NEGATIVE STARS. I HAVE THE CHAT WHERE I ASKED THEM TO CANCEL MY ACCOUNT BEFORE I OPENED A DIFFERENT ACCOUNT! UPDATE I didn’t mix bonus. I tried to use. Bonus that didn’t say what the minimum deposit had to be and I think I was short 3$ from so called minimum so I just played the money straight through with no deposit. I had less than a dollar In my account when I made the deposit. I have the emails that say the reason it was denied was bc of multiple accounts.

I sent in a picture of my ID and I was paid and less than 12 hours most casinos don't do that they run you around for a couple weeks. This casino is legit, it's fun to play and it's on my top three list of casinos that actually pay instantly when I win.
