Customer Services at Cavanna homes doesn't exist !! For the last 4 months every email was ignored and no reply to emails. We are at Barley Meadow, people fitting kitchen did so bad job, left the kitchen in poor finish and now we finding missing supports ,missing fittings! stone kitchen tops drop down because there is no support under . I don't used these side of the kitchen because im worry the stone tops will just crack .How ever anyone approved these as finish job!
We bought a house from Cavanna in March 2018 and are selling this. We have now discovered that the property wasn't signed off by Building Control and this has thrown our sale into turmoil. This is a basic new home obligation that was missed. So, if you decide to buy a new home from Cavanna make sure it has been signed off first.
We’ve recently put in an offer at Bellevue Bude and our sales advisor has been great! Quick replies and very helpful. The experience so far has been seamless
The service from Customer Services at Cavanna homes was terrible. Took three weeks sometimes to reply to an email. Then you are made to feel like you are an inconvenience. When the team were on site there was no problems but now we have to email customer services and they just can't be bothered to reply or when they do they don't want to help. I am trying to rectify snags and build problems in a new build from when we moved in in August 2021.
The team at Cavanna Bude are superb. The build was on time and snagging dealt with in a professional and timely way. Chris and John have been amazing throughout the whole sales and delivery process. The house is lovely. Thank you .
An amazing company to deal with. The quality of our house is superb with only 7 minor snagging items, all of which have been viewed and will be addressed. Our purchase journey was far from smooth as we encountered issues with meeting the deposit deadline due to our own buyers' use of the Scottish legal system. However, Cavanna's senior management took our situation on board and, after their own investigation, readily came to an agreement with us to resolve the matter to our mutual benefit. Later there was an issue with the render colour due to COVID supply delays, but again, after an on-site meeting with us and the build management team, the matter was immediately rectified to our satisfaction. The sales team at Broadleigh Park, Karen & Tom have been brilliant throughout, handling difficult situations, (such as having to inform us of continued delays in the build due to COVID, etc!) with not only a professional, but also a genuinely friendly manner. All in all, Cavanna Homes has much to be proud of, great quality product and a great quality team from management, sales through to the guys on site. We could not be more delighted with our new home. Thank you to all at Cavanna for making our dream come true.
Buying a new home from Cavanna has been such a good experience so far. Both Tom and Chris are exceptional members of your team. They go the extra mile to answer any questions or queries we may have. They are always flexible and able to spare time to meet us onsite to go through any updates or progress, which is important for us as we do not currently live local to the area. Email responses are always prompt. We can't wait to move in and are very excited to soon own a Cavanna home.
So pleased with using Cavanna Homes. They have been first class throughout the process from initial enquiries through to completion. The moving made easy service was great. Karen and Tom as sales advisers have been brilliant- so very helpful. We have mostly dealt with Karen and she has done a fab job but if not available Tom has always stepped in to support. They are a great team. We would recommend them and the whole Cavanna Homes experience without reservation. Lovely build quality and a great place to live.

We moved into our new home in October 2021 and as at February 2022 we are very happy. Karen and Tom in the sales office and Roger on site have been helpful and friendly throughout. Any concerns have been dealt with swiftly with the exception of some turfing issues which I believe are to be reassessed once the weather improves. Our only complaint is the lack of pavements in our road. We love our house and now have both friends and family who have taken our lead and are buying with Cavanna - we should have negotiated a referral fee!
Shocking just shocking customer services . Once they have your money they don’t want to know ! I have been begging for the last 14 months to please rescue my garden from turning into a vast pool of mud , soggy water and grass destroyed . They sent an engineer out who said the problem occurred because the grounds people hadn’t put sufficient drainage in ! He left the company and now nothing , I have begged , pleaded to no avail . Yesterday I was told we don’t send people out in the winter this has been going on since last winter ( 2020) . I have a serious medical condition my garden was my sanctuary and I put so much time and effort into it. . The bottom of the wall by my kitchen had green mold growing on the outside the retainer wall is wet through ! Cavanna company you have totally taken the joy of living on plot 6 Lyme view . I will not stop banging on doors until some one listens .
After hearing the horror stories of purchasing off plan I was apprehensive at first but Cavanna homes and Kevyn in the Exeter sales office have been amazing. Throughout the process all of our queries and concerns have been met with complete and quick answer giving us piece of mind. I honestly couldn't of expected such a great service allowing us to focus on the bits that really matter. Kevyn has gone above and beyond making sure we are fully satisfied and kept in the loop with all updates. Cant wait to move in!!!
We will be moving into our new house on the Bellevue estate in Bude end of this month. We would like to thankyou to Chris Hodder for all his help during site visits as well as regular up dates during the build. We had a site visit last week & were impressed with the build so far & that all the additions & extras were completed as per our specifications. Alan/Maron
Terrible customer service have lived in our new build 17 months broken front door broken bath and now have been accused of causing damage to the vinyl when we moved our washing machine to clean underneath. We have a front door that you have to bang to lock it but was told by customer service it’s fine (specialist completely disagreed) was told nothing was wrong with our bath but when then a carpenter found our bath is bowed. We have had a new build previously built by Barrats and we had no issues like this! It’s a constant battle and chasing I think cavanna are forgetting we have paid for our house they didn’t give it to us for free!! The door and bath have been ongoing for 17 months and we are still awaiting for the issues to be resolved. Unfortunately we didn’t have a choice at the time we bought the house in hindsight I would be looking at different developers. Lots of issues on Broadleigh Park!
At the very start the sales office were fantastic and really helped with any questions we had, making buying our first home super easy! However since we’ve moved in the customer service is shocking nobody ever gets back to you, you get told something will get done and then wait another 6 months for no updates/no fixes - they really don’t care once they’ve got your money.
Absolutely outstanding customer service from the first minute I walked into the sales office, to when I was handed the keys to my dream property and even now still ongoing with Becky Carruthers who is the most organised, accommodating, understanding person I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with, she really can’t do enough to ensure and minor issues are dealt with swiftly and professionally.
We are hoping to move into our new home in February 2022. We can’t stress enough how helpful, informative and accommodating Chris at the Sales Office has been. We have been regularly updated and shown our house at every step of the process and we can’t wait to get the keys!
After visiting our plot today we have come away very excited and happy with the quality of work. We have dealt with Karen through the whole process who has been very helpful when answering any questions that we had and reassured us when issues came up. Karen has been honest with us from the start regarding delays, which is what you want especially when buying your first home. The whole process and has been positive from the start and are now very excited for the moving date.
We early bird reserved back in February 2021 hopefully due to complete by the end of February 2022. After going to view our plot today, thought I would review our experience with Karen and the team before all the chaos of moving begins. It has been a long process from reserving our plot but we do understand the current situation is very much out of their control. After viewing our soon to be new home today we came away feeling very positive. Pleased we had the opportunity to view our property before completion. Communication between us and sales team has being relatively good. Karen has been helpful along the way, making the reservation process easy, giving suggestions when choosing extras & when showing us around. Keeping our fingers crossed for the end of February. 😊

May 29,2022My Wife and i initially visited the Cavanna Equinox 2 site office without an appointment and with a general interest only. We were met with two guys Kevin And Elliot and were so impressed with their "nothing to much trouble attitude" and absolute professionalism. We ended up visiting the site Several more times for further ongoing informative meetings And these guys were relentless in their efforts to ensure they had left no stone unturned They were knowldgeable polite and with just the right reassuring attitude.
