Sep 08,2021We used C&C for your building survey and found them to be efficient and good value for money. They were also good with communication and usually provided a response quite quickly. Whilst we were impressed, the report we received contained a number of errors that we had to be requested to be corrected and took a little while to do so. It was also clear that elements of the report were just a standard copy and paste hence the 3* rating, it not they would have received 4*.

Apr 02,2021Really prompt and thorough. Made it really clear from the get go when it would be appropriate to have a survey done. Other companies tried to sell their services regardless of our circumstances. C&C made it clear not to go through with a survey until our mortgage was approved. This, to us, showed a level of integrity you wouldn't get everywhere. The survey was completed and the report was clear to understand and sent through in 3 days. This gave lots of detail - as first time buyers it was reassuring to read. Would recommend.
